>the best bicep workout are pull-ups >the best tricep workout are dipsWhy was this chud so obnoxiously wrong all the time?
well he is pretty huge n ripped
>>77440483He's also a manlet
>>77440480"the best" as a blanket statement is wrong, but most folks would do better maxing out their strenght in these instead of wasting their time with isolation exercises before they got to that point
>>77440483He was also blasting roids. Then became a meth addict. He was correct in the observation that too many natty lifters do too much volume/not enough intensity. But he was also a retard that took his values to the extreme. No one is getting jacked doing one set per muscle group per workout
>>77440594His one set idea must be understood in the context that he advocated for several warm-up sets before reaching maximum intensity. The latter warm-ups would have added a decent amount of volume.
>>77440665Also he advocated doing drop sets. IE you take your max weight set to failure and instantly drop weight and keep going with minimal downtime (just the time it takes to rack the bar and remove the weights), then drop more weight and keep going, until you are down to the naked bar and can't even rep that anymore. You will definitely get an awesome workout that way. Only problem is doing that just once a week is too lazy.
