The most S-tier option is probably using a binary photosensitizer system for photodynamic-photothermal therapy. Lot of em get operated though, and frequently just antibiotics for less severe cases.

Yeah, you should probably ask your provider if they know what the photons do... or find a new provider if they don't b4 it escalates to surgical referrals. Otherwise, some sort of susceptibility testing may find you a better antibiotic if it's really infected.
