I’m about to start my first leg day workout in a little over a week. Should I do all my lifts at the same weight I was doing last time or should I drop them like ~10% each to ease myself back in?
>>77440681If you took a 1 week break you won't have lost any strength. You might even have more strength temporarily due to being well rested. But you should always do warm-ups and work your way up to your max weight in order to practice the motion, build confidence and test yourself for tiny tweaks and sprains. Never just jump straight to your main set or you will die one day when a tiny strain you didn't notice suddenly fucks you up mid rep.

>>77441093After lifting for an extended duration of time and cutting down to hard muscle, you will either come to associate fat with femininity and become attracted to fat women or you will become disgusted with how physically and mentally weak women are (especially fat ones) and turn gay instead.
