No. You should have made solid progress in 6 months to 12 months if you’re really working out correctly, metabolically healthy, recovering well, and eating well. It has to be one of these 4 that’s impeding your progress. So answer these questions and I’ll tell you which it is:1. Are you on a strength LP and how often do you lift?2. Do you have any nagging physical ailment symptoms, a particularly high metabolism, or have you had panels done?3. How much and how often do you sleep? Do you typically wake feeling rested? Do you do any active recovery?4. Describe your diet - do you eat much meat or fish, do you eat much dairy, do you eat carbohydrate rich meals, do you eat whole foods?
