Former smoker here. Is there anyway to fix my O2 levels? I never see it get higher than 96
>>7744119795-100 is normal. But if you're that concerned do RMT.
>>77441197No. You filled you lungs with carbon monoxide and tar. What did you expect?
>>77441197lung transplant
>>77441208>No. You filled you lungs with carbon monoxide and tar. What did you expect?
>>77441205Thats a great idea, so it will strengthen my lung muscles which will let them consume more O2 without actually healing the alveoli?
>>77441205
>>77441214I look like this and say this
>>77441219No, smartass, but it can increase lung capacity & capillary density. It's not going to heal anything, but it will help you improve what you got.
>>77441256Ye i said it won't heal anything. But practically speaking it will return my lung function?
>>77441270Yes, there is a great wealth of evidence that people in much worse condition than you can improve their prognosis & lung function with RMT.
>>77441197>>77441231>>77441270I aint no nurse or nothing but that is perfectly normal numbers, especially for being former smoker. I wouldn't try anything to "fix" it. If it aint broke don't fix it kinda thing imo
Prbbly you are also prediabetic as minimum.
