I want to complain that it has no taste even if it doesn't taste bad but at the same time it can become pretty miserable to eat. There's different types and some of them include sugar and taste amazing, so good in fact that I wouldn't really mind taking in a few extra calories for it. But obviously, then I wouldn't be able to shovel the same amounts in as I usually do. I think the one in the OP image might be one of those that come with an actual taste of something, and they are the ones I prefer.
