Finna go for a swim at the pool for the first time in years. How many laps should I be able to do before I tire out to not embarrass myself in front of any qt lifeguards?

>>77444864Full disclosure, I was a much better than average swimmer when I was younger.I got back in the pool after recovering from a surgery and taking a year off. I was 240 probably 40lbs heavier than I would typically be. Cardio was shit. Started with 30mins no stop, cant touch the bottom, then 60mins, then 90mins...after a few weeks I hit 100 laps in under 100mins.When you get tired about 20mins...dont stop...you will keep going. After 30 mins you just get used to it and keep going.

>>77444864About 350 yards or 14 25-yard lengths350 meters in foreign countries
>>77444864Took me about 1 hour over the course of a week to pick up all the moves I learned as a child. Your conditioning will feel shit before you get the techniques down. I swim pretty much nonstop for up to 30 minutes at most, only to catch my breath. You'll want a light meal before you go.
