I guess I understand if you, for some reason, go to a gym that's far away from your house and also go in the morning directly before work and leave straight from the gym to your job. But otherwise, just seems stupid

Sometimes I shower at the gym. I think it's alright tho I only ever use normal shower gel not that crazy setup of this other anon. If I go home directly after I'll just shower at home but if I go the gym between classes I'll shower at the gym. Never got an infection or something pretty okay experience. Btw have long hair but always leave it dry properly washing your hair is not something for a timed gym shower
