Moving soon and from what I can tell, there's a lot of fish, bird, sheep and whale meat consumption and I'm wondering about what this will do for my gains. Most of the fish, whale and sheep meat is consumed dried or fermented and there doesn't seem to be any general sugar or oil in diets and in general very little seasoning, with rhubarb and potatoes mostly as side dish. Anybody having experience on a prolonged diet of, say, cod/salmon while working out? You think my energy output will be the same as with a more varied diet?
