They are available with a valid prescription (commonly known as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro/Zepbound, etc) or via the gray market in the form of peptides.>How do I get on GLP-1?For the legal brand-name products, you need to have a valid prescription, but it can be very expensive. If you want them as peptides, they are available via the gray market, which is a much riskier area for a siginifcantly better quantity and price.>How do I get into the gray market?Stairwaytogray's main website at www.stairwaytogray.com is the place to start. >>77449847The real GLP-3 is injecting sema, triz and reta at the same time.
TIRZ IS KING

>>77449847Also it's worth mentioning that GLP1Forum is an advertising platform and they take money from any old vendor. Use that site at your own risk.
>>77449847>What are you taking.Mounjaro>How much are you injecting10mg. Might go up. Dunno.>What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?I was 120kg (265lb) in late August of last year. I am now 90kg (195lb) now.>Questions & queries? Not really. I'm doing this all via private prescription in the UK, so it's not exactly been cheap, but man this was all so worthwhile, and I still have like 15kg to go before I'm at like peak BMI. I guess I dunno if I just continue on 10, or go up to 12-15. Kinda feels like I should just stick with things that are working.
>>77449947Nice one. I was similar to you, I was 130kg late August last year, I'm now 88kg. I started on Wegovy but moved to Reta and then a Reta+Tirz stack. I have 8kg to go and I'm set.
Currently on 3.75 mg tirz a week. Will prob switch to reta the last couple weeks of diet phase because I'm on my last vial of tirz. Honestly next cut I'm going to be looking at eloralintide. Anyone here use it? How's it compare to traditional GLP-1s subjective appetite suppression?
>>77450039I haven't, but I've heard that it's extremely hard to get some nowadays.
>>77449883King shit
As I'm Reta and Tirz stacking, I'm about to reduce my Reta from 5mg to 2.5mg so I can increase my Tirz from 2.5mg to 5mg. I'm only a few KG from my goal now so I'm going away from Reta's fat burn and returning to the appetite suppressor that is Tirz.
Sema is so fucking powerful for me. It's way more effective at making me not want to eat than tirz or reta (especially reta, it does almost nothing for my appetite)I guess my GLP-1 sensitivity is much higher than GIP/glucagon
>>77450064There's a couple sources offering it. Not allowed to link but it should start to appear on more vendors relatively soon.
>>77450209That was my problem too, even when I went higher. When I added 2.5 Tirz, the food noise and suppression kicked in decently.Reta was excellent for burning off the fat and weight with no side effects but I've hit the plateau for Reta now.
>>77450217Tirz is great, don't get me wrong, but it's more of a "oh shit, it's 1pm and I haven't eaten anything today, I should probably go grab something" type of drug and I still get occasional urges to binge on it.With sema it's kind of like that but not as pronounced, but when I do eat I very easily hit a threshold of "oh fuck if i take another bite I'm gonna explode"Super easy to maintain a caloric deficit on sema for me.
>>77450229Have you heard of the CagriSema blend? It's apparently a hyper OP combination of Sema and Cagrilintide and it's effective due to Cagri being an amimo acid instead of a GLP-1.
>>77449847>What are you taking?I got prescribed Mounjaro Kwikpen>How much are you injecting?2,5 mg to start with, coming from 0,25 mg on Ozempic>What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?163 kg and after 3 weeks I'm currently at 159-160>Questions & queries?Doctor gave me 2,5mg for 8 weeks and then said we'll increase the dose afterwards. Is that normal? Relatives said it's usually taken for 4 weeks. Also moving me from Ozempic (which I got outside my country) to Mounjaro instead of Wegovy was a surprise move, is it that much more effective?
>>77450280It's usually 4 weeks per dose increase, it's possible the doc is having you at 8 weeks per dose for now because you skipped Wegovy. Unsure as to why.
>>77449847My brother got on Tirzepatide and he managed to cut down from 6’1” 280 all the way down to ~175iirc he was on 10mg/week and now he’s on 5mg/weekHe’s recomping, gaining muscle to deal with loose skin. He’s at 295 3x5 on squat, etc. and weighing around 185 nowAny advice on how I should interact with him? He’s on my parents insurance/dime for now so he doesn’t have to pay $250/month for the medication but he’ll be on his own in 2 years. Should he try to switch to an oral GLP-1 and then go cold turkey in 2 years? Or will prices probably continue to come down?Sorry for the ramble, my brain got buttfucked by some programming at work today. I don’t know how much he has controlled his appetite, I would love to see him become a recomped version of his current self (add another 15 lbs of muscle, lose 10 lbs of fat) but idk if that’s an unrealistic goal for an ex-fat
>>77450291Depends how receptive he is to it, I guess. Not being a fat shit is pretty good for fixing the rest of your shit life, so hopefully he does that. But, it's easier to maintain than lose, so that probably means he'd be okay on a cheap lose dose. In all the stuff I've looked at around GLP-1 stuff, everyone always talks about needing to increase dose because they've plateaued, or it's not going down as fast as it once was. I've not really heard of anyone actually putting on weight, especially not significant enough to regain big amounts. So I sort of just assume a low dose is probably enough to maintain it long term, and as long as he monitors his weight, he'll know if he's gaining weight again and can adjust accordingly.
DNP is queenIt is practically the ONLY weight loss medication that doesn't make you lose muscle, and has no side effects after the drug clears out of you
>>77450284He also recommended that I avoid lifting and focus only on cardio (cycling) at least in the beginning citing my hypertension and overall bad health.>tfw extremely low testosterone levels (5.5 nmol/L) and I'm only 30
>>77450398Illegal tho
>>77450525So this is the best downside you could come up with? "It's illegal"? Kek
I want to try this whole glp-1 thing out, mainly to shed around 15kg total. Should I start with fully legal stuff first like acquiring a prescription for monjaro?
>>77450546If you have the money to pay for a prescription per month, go for it. Depending on where you are, some anons have ways to pay for it from the pharmacy really cheap (some benefits scheme or something). We mainly use the gray market for cost and availability of other peptides not sold to the public.
>doctor says I need to do blood test before giving me mounjaro script>ok cool>no labs open over weekend>go out for a dinner and a drink on sunday>cant have blood test after drinking>finally try and get around to it today>doctor didn't inform he that I have to fast for 12hrs so can't do it today eitherhow much longer must I suffer in this fat shell
>>77449847I'm on my starting month and i've noticed the day I inject I struggle to get to sleep. Its fine the rest of the week. I inject at about 8pm after food. Should I do it earlier?
>>77450258Cagri and sema are not amino acids. They are chains of amino acids called peptides.
>>77450599Given two of three of the reasons for the delay were your own fault entirely, it may be a while.
>>77450674Ah yep you're right, I only read part of the description, my bad. That's on me.>Synthetic amylin and calcitonin receptor

Still haven't touched my Tirz yet.Has anyone here gotten shredded (<=10% bf) and maintained it after tapering off GLP?Don't want to take this stuff forever.
>>77450950Not yet
>>77450841>Calories in, calories out, you lazy fucking fucks.Actually the old cheat code for losing weight used to be fasting combined with keto diet. Keto diet kept the ketosis you gained by fasting, and people often did rolling fasts, like fasting for 72 hours, then a keto meal, then fasting again for 72 hours. Same effects with less hunger and appetite since fasting does that naturally, and very good effect. There even used to be a fasting general, /fast/, but I guess it got obsolete when the glp-1 meds arrived. It's still a decent alternative if you don't want to spend the money, aren't able to get a prescription, or don't want side effects from the meds.
>>77450673yeah morning is usually better start off with low doses so the sleeping sides wont hit you as hard as you start increasing the dose
>>77449883I agree. Reta may be more potent but comes with more side effects aswell.
>>77450599What kind of blood test would you even need? Tirz improves literally all your markers.
