They are available with a valid prescription (commonly known as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro/Zepbound, etc) or via the gray market in the form of peptides.>How do I get on GLP-1?For the legal brand-name products, you need to have a valid prescription, but it can be very expensive. If you want them as peptides, they are available via the gray market, which is a much riskier area for a siginifcantly better quantity and price.>How do I get into the gray market?Stairwaytogray's main website at www.stairwaytogray.com is the place to start. There are many great guides covering all areas for new players to the scene.Several points to note:>Mods will ban you for positng direct links to gray market sources., so don't risk it>There is no such thing as GLP-3. >>77449847The real GLP-3 is injecting sema, triz and reta at the same time.
TIRZ IS KING

>>77449847Also it's worth mentioning that GLP1Forum is an advertising platform and they take money from any old vendor. Use that site at your own risk.
>>77449847>What are you taking.Mounjaro>How much are you injecting10mg. Might go up. Dunno.>What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?I was 120kg (265lb) in late August of last year. I am now 90kg (195lb) now.>Questions & queries? Not really. I'm doing this all via private prescription in the UK, so it's not exactly been cheap, but man this was all so worthwhile, and I still have like 15kg to go before I'm at like peak BMI. I guess I dunno if I just continue on 10, or go up to 12-15. Kinda feels like I should just stick with things that are working.
>>77449947Nice one. I was similar to you, I was 130kg late August last year, I'm now 88kg. I started on Wegovy but moved to Reta and then a Reta+Tirz stack. I have 8kg to go and I'm set.
Currently on 3.75 mg tirz a week. Will prob switch to reta the last couple weeks of diet phase because I'm on my last vial of tirz. Honestly next cut I'm going to be looking at eloralintide. Anyone here use it? How's it compare to traditional GLP-1s subjective appetite suppression?
>>77450039I haven't, but I've heard that it's extremely hard to get some nowadays.
>>77449883King shit
As I'm Reta and Tirz stacking, I'm about to reduce my Reta from 5mg to 2.5mg so I can increase my Tirz from 2.5mg to 5mg. I'm only a few KG from my goal now so I'm going away from Reta's fat burn and returning to the appetite suppressor that is Tirz.
Sema is so fucking powerful for me. It's way more effective at making me not want to eat than tirz or reta (especially reta, it does almost nothing for my appetite)I guess my GLP-1 sensitivity is much higher than GIP/glucagon
>>77450064There's a couple sources offering it. Not allowed to link but it should start to appear on more vendors relatively soon.
>>77450209That was my problem too, even when I went higher. When I added 2.5 Tirz, the food noise and suppression kicked in decently.Reta was excellent for burning off the fat and weight with no side effects but I've hit the plateau for Reta now.
>>77450217Tirz is great, don't get me wrong, but it's more of a "oh shit, it's 1pm and I haven't eaten anything today, I should probably go grab something" type of drug and I still get occasional urges to binge on it.With sema it's kind of like that but not as pronounced, but when I do eat I very easily hit a threshold of "oh fuck if i take another bite I'm gonna explode"Super easy to maintain a caloric deficit on sema for me.
>>77450229Have you heard of the CagriSema blend? It's apparently a hyper OP combination of Sema and Cagrilintide and it's effective due to Cagri being an amimo acid instead of a GLP-1.
>>77449847>What are you taking?I got prescribed Mounjaro Kwikpen>How much are you injecting?2,5 mg to start with, coming from 0,25 mg on Ozempic>What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?163 kg and after 3 weeks I'm currently at 159-160>Questions & queries?Doctor gave me 2,5mg for 8 weeks and then said we'll increase the dose afterwards. Is that normal? Relatives said it's usually taken for 4 weeks. Also moving me from Ozempic (which I got outside my country) to Mounjaro instead of Wegovy was a surprise move, is it that much more effective?
>>77450280It's usually 4 weeks per dose increase, it's possible the doc is having you at 8 weeks per dose for now because you skipped Wegovy. Unsure as to why.
>>77449847My brother got on Tirzepatide and he managed to cut down from 6’1” 280 all the way down to ~175iirc he was on 10mg/week and now he’s on 5mg/weekHe’s recomping, gaining muscle to deal with loose skin. He’s at 295 3x5 on squat, etc. and weighing around 185 nowAny advice on how I should interact with him? He’s on my parents insurance/dime for now so he doesn’t have to pay $250/month for the medication but he’ll be on his own in 2 years. Should he try to switch to an oral GLP-1 and then go cold turkey in 2 years? Or will prices probably continue to come down?Sorry for the ramble, my brain got buttfucked by some programming at work today. I don’t know how much he has controlled his appetite, I would love to see him become a recomped version of his current self (add another 15 lbs of muscle, lose 10 lbs of fat) but idk if that’s an unrealistic goal for an ex-fat
>>77450291Depends how receptive he is to it, I guess. Not being a fat shit is pretty good for fixing the rest of your shit life, so hopefully he does that. But, it's easier to maintain than lose, so that probably means he'd be okay on a cheap lose dose. In all the stuff I've looked at around GLP-1 stuff, everyone always talks about needing to increase dose because they've plateaued, or it's not going down as fast as it once was. I've not really heard of anyone actually putting on weight, especially not significant enough to regain big amounts. So I sort of just assume a low dose is probably enough to maintain it long term, and as long as he monitors his weight, he'll know if he's gaining weight again and can adjust accordingly.
DNP is queenIt is practically the ONLY weight loss medication that doesn't make you lose muscle, and has no side effects after the drug clears out of you
>>77450284He also recommended that I avoid lifting and focus only on cardio (cycling) at least in the beginning citing my hypertension and overall bad health.>tfw extremely low testosterone levels (5.5 nmol/L) and I'm only 30
>>77450398Illegal tho
>>77450525So this is the best downside you could come up with? "It's illegal"? Kek
I want to try this whole glp-1 thing out, mainly to shed around 15kg total. Should I start with fully legal stuff first like acquiring a prescription for monjaro?
>>77450546If you have the money to pay for a prescription per month, go for it. Depending on where you are, some anons have ways to pay for it from the pharmacy really cheap (some benefits scheme or something). We mainly use the gray market for cost and availability of other peptides not sold to the public.
>doctor says I need to do blood test before giving me mounjaro script>ok cool>no labs open over weekend>go out for a dinner and a drink on sunday>cant have blood test after drinking>finally try and get around to it today>doctor didn't inform he that I have to fast for 12hrs so can't do it today eitherhow much longer must I suffer in this fat shell
>>77449847I'm on my starting month and i've noticed the day I inject I struggle to get to sleep. Its fine the rest of the week. I inject at about 8pm after food. Should I do it earlier?
>>77450258Cagri and sema are not amino acids. They are chains of amino acids called peptides.
>>77450599Given two of three of the reasons for the delay were your own fault entirely, it may be a while.

Still haven't touched my Tirz yet.Has anyone here gotten shredded (<=10% bf) and maintained it after tapering off GLP?Don't want to take this stuff forever.
>>77450950Not yet
>>77450841>Calories in, calories out, you lazy fucking fucks.Actually the old cheat code for losing weight used to be fasting combined with keto diet. Keto diet kept the ketosis you gained by fasting, and people often did rolling fasts, like fasting for 72 hours, then a keto meal, then fasting again for 72 hours. Same effects with less hunger and appetite since fasting does that naturally, and very good effect. There even used to be a fasting general, /fast/, but I guess it got obsolete when the glp-1 meds arrived. It's still a decent alternative if you don't want to spend the money, aren't able to get a prescription, or don't want side effects from the meds.
>>77450673yeah morning is usually better start off with low doses so the sleeping sides wont hit you as hard as you start increasing the dose
>>77449883I agree. Reta may be more potent but comes with more side effects aswell.
>>77450599What kind of blood test would you even need? Tirz improves literally all your markers.
>>77450411Take enclomiphene if it's secondary hypogonadism TRT otherwise. No need to suffer these days. If you're using a GLP people already consider you a fraudster.
>>77450599buy it from china you stupid nigger. how low has the barrier to entry to this website fallen that we're literally giving money to kikes in robes instead of yellow jews? got to glp1forum and find the sellers tab and buy it from them it'll cost you a tenth of what you'll pay at the doctor and you don't have to talk to a retarded nigger who checks webmd for 90% of the stuff that he prescribes. >>77450841made the calories in part bearable for me. some of us just feel hunger a lot more intensely than others. sorry that you're going to have to compete with more people sucks to be you >>77452003nta but enclo basically did nothing for me although i only took 6.25mg daily and I have no idea if i have hypogonadism (i doubt it)
>>77450841>Calories in, calories outyou'll never guess what GLP-1 helps with
>>77452329Interesting, yeah it should have done something at least. Did you get blood tests before/during? You should be able to see the shift in testosterone levels and FSH and LH. If your FSH and LH went up but your testosterone stayed constant (and is low) then you have primary hypogonadism. If your FSH and LH were low and your test is low and both increase on it then you have secondary hypogonadism (my case). If you're on a caloric deficit the enclo will still work as long as you don't have primary hypogonadism. The reason why specifically that type causes it not to work is basically it doesn't matter how loud your brain screams at your balls to work, they are maxed out. Secondary means your brain doesn't scream loud enough. No hypogonadism means brain speaks at a normal volume and your balls do their job. Note that the average test levels in men has steadily decreased over the decades so I wouldn't really trust the current outdated ranges. It also could be that the meds you got were bunk if they were gray market.Personally speaking it 2.5x my total test and free test.
how much weight are you losing per week? are you worried about face sagging / ozempic face? don't you have to take this drug for life?
>>77452365>how much weight are you losing per week?About 1lb a week.>are you worried about face sagging / ozempic face?To some extent, but not more than just generally being fat.>don't you have to take this drug for life? It'd not be ideal, but if that's how I get to not be fat, I guess I'm doing that.
These threads are probably some of the most hostile on the entire board for some reason.
>>77452365>are you worried about face sagging / ozempic face? you have to worry about this regardless of the weight loss method you use. that's the nature of weight loss>don't you have to take this drug for life?in theory wouldn't it be easier for someone to eat at maintenance naturally after losing weight? i think it's the 1000 calorie/day deficit that's the most challenging, and where glp-1 can be the most helpful
>>77452409>you have to worry about this regardless of the weight losstrue but from what I've seen the muscle loss with glp-1 is high which worsens the soft tissue sagging in the face
>>77452409You don't have to worry about it with DNP>>77452413Maybe semaglutide but tirzepatide is better with this
>>77452413>from what I've seen the muscle loss with glp-1 is high which worsens the soft tissue sagging in the facecompletely mitigated if you eat protein and do resistance exercise, regardless of how you lose weight. glp-1 independently does not make muscle loss worse. it enables fatass retards to lose weight by eating slightly less goyslop and doing no exercise, whereas they may have failed trying to do that without glp-1, resulting in a bad outcome.. but if you have an ounce of common sense, you don't have to worry about it
>>77449847>reta>5mg>130kg down to 90kganyone had any experience with coming off reta? it's probably a good idea to start titrating down but I'm not sure how slowly to do it. I don't really care about having to stay on low dose forever unless there's a huge crackdown on chinese manufacturing also for all the tirzfags my mum had it prescribed at max dose for a year and didn't lose any weight, tried reta and it made her stop binge eating completely. some people have some really weird responses to these drugs
>>77452529Exactly right. It affects everyone differently.
>>774523652-3 lbs a week, but I'm working out with this too.I'm not worried about sagging skin cause it'll be easy for me to hide it. I'm injecting copper peptide also, so I'm not concerned for my skin getting too old-looking.I don't think I'll have to take it for life, but fuck it sure helps. I take tirz, and I'm gonna stack it with a little reta soon.
1.5 mg Wegovy, increases to 4 mg next month I think. So far no impact or noticeable change. 6'2" ~215 trying to get to 190 without losing muscle, when does this stuff start working?
>>77452738Wegovy only goes to 2.4mg max though?
>>77452738you've been tracking your calories and eating at a deficit right? you weren't expecting it to work by magic were you
Tirz 7.5 soon lads, preparing for nausea.
I wish it wasn't so expensive to acquire. I just want to take a pill and stop eating.
How long is reta/tirz good in the fridge after reconstituting?
>>77452794>2.4maxThat's semaglutide AKA ozempic
My pharmacist told me that Mounjaro only lasts 30 days once opened but my doctor prescribed me a 5mg dose so I could start taking 2.5mg for 8 weeks (yes this is me >>77450280 )Is my doctor a quack? Will my Mounjaro last that for 8 weeks or will I be injecting ineffective slop after the 4th injection?
>>77452365>don't you have to take this drug for life?Yeah but orals are already on the market for maintenance once they go generic. I consider medication no different than supplements and I don't mind taking them indefinitely.
>>77453780In bacteriostatic water I wouldn't exceed three months.>>77453812It starts to lose effect after two months in the fridge.
>>77453812I believe that they're legally required to say you can't store it for more than 4 weeks, because that's what Lilly claims, and they can't say you're fine to go against what the manufacturer says about their drugs.Even though there's an obvious interest for them to sell you the drugs every 4 weeks and not have you buy 5mg pens and just use 2.5mg for 4 weeks. But, what you're doing is something a lot of people do, and nobody has died from it yet. My sister did it with a 10mg pen and used it for like four months. She's still alive. So, I mean manage your own risk. But, also it's a subcutaneous injection of tirzepatide, you're not gonna fuck yourself up that badly.
Do the shots just pierce the skin or do you have to find a vein? I'm not in the medical field so I'm a bit worried about hurting myself or doing something wrong
>>77452409>1000 calorie/day deficit that's the most challenging>1 kcal/day deficit>challengingHow weak are you?
>>77454188Well, he's only gonna get weaker with a calorie deficit, anon.
>>77454128It's idiot-proof. Just stick the needle in your stomach.
>>77454128You just grab a wad of bellyfat, jab the needle into it, depress the plunger and maybe hold it there for like 10 seconds if you wanna make sure, then you pull it out and you're done.
>>77453784So is Wegovy.
>>77454409
what does this do? does it make u not hungry or is it something else?
>>77454535In a nutshell for GLP-1s across the board:>Appetite is suppressed>Food noise is reduced to almost nothing>Blood sugar control is better overall>Risk levels of heart attacks and strokes are lowered>Blood pressure is lowered>Kidneys are better protected>Fatty Liver Disease is reduced>Sleep apnea is reduced over timeDifferent types target different areas, but that's the basics of it. Of course, it's only a "miracle drug" as long as you're actively putting in the effort to stay fit and eat healthier at the same time.
>>77454549>Fatty Liver Disease is reducedI thought only Reta did this
>>77454637They all do it to a degree, but Semaglutide is the one that helps the most with it.
>>77454549Don't forget that it increases your body's insulin sensitivity which is huge for people (like me) with insulin resistance.
>>77454650Yep exactly
>tfw the local warehouse has been restockedGrabbed a few RT10 kits, feelsgoodman.
>on tirz for a few weeks while only eating whole foods>0 side effects>little to no hunger>feel full faster>eat desserts, chips and other slop one day>day after got incredible stomach pain could barely stand straight>also got the ''sulfur burps'' not that I ate unhealthy one dayAnyone else had this? I don't think I'll ever indulge in those ''foods'' ever again after experiencing this, my body was in so much pain it's crazy. Felt amazing while eating only whole foods, I feel like the people who get side effects on these glp-1 drugs eat unhealthy foods often, if you only eat healthy foods you'll feel 0 side effects.
>>77455301Your stomach has likely shrunken a fair bit since starting Tirz. I had a point where after a few months, I had a burger for my birthday and not even 2 hours later I was in pain and felt extremely sick.
>>77449883I'm on tirz 15mg with an official prescription but I feel like I've bottomed out at 240 pounds and it feels as hard to go below that as where I used to be before tirz when I was a super fatty.Have people experimented with upping their dosage beyond 15?
>>77454649>They all do it to a degree, but Semaglutide is the one that helps the most with it.First part is true, but the second part is false. Sema is the least effective (but still has a massive reduction, something like 30-40%) of the "big 3", tirz is very effective (~50-60%), reta is the best of the bunch at over 80%.
>>77455394Your stomach can't shrink without surgery
>>77455810Yeah it's something like stomach stretchness from what I remember
I've only been on mounjaro for a short period but holy shit guys, this is life changing for me, just having little to no hunger and not thinking about food all day, I can actually just enjoy doing things and focus on those things, or do regular work and not think about food all the time. I wouldn't mind staying on this for the rest of my life, even when I'm maintaining my weight, I will probably stay on 5mg forever. Eating is still easy, I can probably still overeat, but it's just so much easier not to. I have almost never done it, and haven't binged at all.
>>77455810It definitely will. It just takes a long time of only eating small meals. I used to be able to eat huge volumes when my stomach was bigger.
>>77455667I've never heard of people going above 15mg but it would be interesting. Apparently some people have mutations in the glp1 receptor that can make the drug more or less effective so maybe mega dosing could help. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-026-10330-z
11mg triz. Still fat, but less fat than before. Stil got a good 60-65 to go. I had to stop my dose for about 4 weeks due to travel. Maintained but then drank a lot so can’t exactly tell what was water and what was lard. I crushed an 11mg dose straight up this week with no sides besides forgetting to eat. Hoping to see more progress within the next few weeks. Is 15 truly the max? I keep upping dosage every 4 weeks.
>>77450398DNP is obsolete now, I don't see any reason to use it when GLPs exist
>>77449849reminder: you don't need to up the dosage and switch meds to rely on the "passive weight loss" effect. just count calories and use your GLP1 as a tool that makes it easy to stay in a deficitpicrelated is me on 1.5mg Ozempic. relied on the passive effect till the plateau, then started counting calories. haven't upped my dose for over one year now.
>>77452365about 1kg/weekyou mean weight loss face?yeah probably but patents for sema run out in a few years then this shit will be priced at ibuprofen levels
>>77452413muscle loss is a fucking non issue. the muscle fibers don't go away. they just thin out. regaining your "lost muscle" is absurdly easy - they want to come back once you start lifting when not in a deficit.i wish people would stop repeating those normoid concern trolls; muh muscle loss, muh bone density, muh malnutrition, muh whateverthefucksomefatwhoreonredditcomesuptorationalizestayingfat

Does anyone still occasionally binge on GLPs? I can easily throw down like 5k kcal in a day even on 10mg tirz. feels bad nigga, although I naturally just eat almost nothing the following day or 2
>>77458227There is no mechanism showing GLP 1 RAs cause any more skeletal muscle mass loss than non-pharmacological caloric deficits. It's also important to note that while all muscle mass is lean mass, not all lean mass is muscle mass.
>>77458227Retards still push this muscle loss meme as if GLPs have some inherent mechanism to them that cause muscle loss. It's simply a side effect of losing weight. If you don't believe me, do a bulking cycle on a GLP and see if you still lose muscle.
>>77458793Yep it happens for me from time to time. I get to a point where I've had minimal food for a while and my body can't handle it, so I have a small binge (and then feel like shit an hour later).
>>77458798I would go as far as saying incretin mimetics exhibit muscle sparing properties, they directly increase muscle insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake for example.
>>77458801Fucking word. It's common sense, yet these nigs are so determined to make sure people stay fat and off GLP-1s that they forgo basic logic.
>>77458761>>77458798>>77458801Retards, I didn't say that GLP-1s have some special mechanism that makes you lose more muscle than "just eating less"HOWEVER DNP has been shown to cause less muscle loss than "just eating less"
>>77457213It is.
>>77458871tirzepatide never cooked anybody to death

Been on GLP-1s for ~9 months now, and one thing I've noticed is that I can be hungry, but the thought of eating anything is just disgusting. There is basically nothing that I want to eat.Again, I'm hungry. I would like to eat something, but there's no food that appeals to me.Is this a common experience?
>>77459922Repeating digits!Yes, extremely common.
>>77459416Why? What happened?
>>77459922I've been on it for 1 month and sometimes that's the case yeah. Good to force a protein shake down your throat to avoid muscle loss, anon. Easy calories in. Tastes great with milk/yoghurt and a banana.

>>77459922I get this but usually the hunger is quite dull. When I was dieting without the food noise was super hard to ignore and I would be uncomfortably hungry. So this is preferable despite not being ideal.

I'm thankful that this medication is making me feel like shit after I've had shitty foods such as high fat/sugary foods. It's just more motivation for me to quit them. My food has been whole foods for a whole month now, every time I think about eating garbage, even just a few bites, I realize how shit I will feel and don't do it. Some people also hate that they don't enjoy food anymore, but I'm glad I don't anymore, food is just fuel for me now and I have stable energy, can still lift the same weights and walk lots every day. Food was an addiction to my everyday life and now it's a nourishment for my daily life.
I was on this for a year and am now off it for the last 6 months. My food noise came back but not as strong, but my discipline for diet and control has remained. I'd be interested to see what 3-10 years of GLP-1 usage does for the mental and chemical rewiring of the brain, especially if long term users stop taking them.
>>77461533I don't even go to them anymore, I know I'll just be disappointed, all the breads just taste too sweet to me now and the food is usually way too fatty for me to enjoy, my family members don't even ask to go out to eat with me anymore, they know the answer
>>77452529Yeah, I switched from reta to tirz. Didn't titrate down at all. Wasn't really necessary, didn't suffer any negative effects.Tirz is shit though, so I'm switching back to reta. I suppose tirz might be good for maintenance, but I still have another ~25lbs to lose.
>>77461514>>77452529You guys need to include timeline otherwise this means nothing
>>77452529 Has reta been FDA approved yet? Not worried about side effects just want to wait for more common suppliers to show up.
>>77459922Only fast foods and sugar. I literally get repulsed when driving by a McDicks and the thought of eating anything sugar related has me gag. it's fucking wierd.
What are the downsides to just running this stuff indefinitely? Tirzepatide has changed my life for the better and I wouldn't mind running it for a lean bulk after my cut to keep my calories in check
>>77462549Just low dose it. Like half of the smallest recommended dose at 1.25mg and spread it every 9 days instead of 7. Far less "impact" but still suppresses food hunger while letting you eat a normal amount.
>>77462549i cant imagine what the downsides would be in terms of health would. cost/money is the only downside i can think of
>>77462527The closer it gets to FDA approval, the fewer stateside suppliers there will be. Just get used to buying stuff from the Chinaman with crypto.
>>77462549Pretty sure GLP-1s are intended for indefinite use. Semaglutide was originally a diabetes medication, and diabetes never goes away.
>>77462527It's got approval from "Joey" in China what more can you want>>77462520it was 40kg in 6ish months for me
>>77462549no downsides unless you're one of the people to get bad side effects. GLP-1s have been on the market for a couple decades at this point, and the first one to be approved specifically for weight loss was in 2014. If there were any long term downsides to GLP-1s we would've found something by nowif anything there's evidence and studies supporting staying on them being a net positive for your overall health

My mom has been trying to lose weight for a while but the GLP1 she tried made her extremely nauseous and she could barely get out of bed on it. Anyone here have the same thing happen and if so what worked for you?
>>77464697It all depends on what she's taking and how big her dose is per week.
>>77464324Another reason why I am planning to stay on for life, are you going to, after your godskinectomy? I feel like the only time I'll ever be off is if I'm going on vacation or surgeries. I don't mind gaining a few kilos again if I'm on vacation, I can easily lose it again with this medication. I'm maintaining my weight quite well for the past few months with 5mg mounjaro
>>77464699To me it depends what kind of food I'm eating, if I'm still eating garbage often with this medication I'll always feel like shit, you really have to try and eat clean as fuck

>>77465668That's me, but I'm on Cagrilintide. It's not a GLP-1 but an Amylin Analog. I'm only on 0.5mg because it's so overpowered for me with food noise and appetite suppression that if I go higher, I have some extreme fatigue. I got on this after losing 43kg in a year on Reta and Tirz.Tirz will work well if you're just after appetite suppression and feeling full, but it's ultimately up to you what you want to pin.
>>77449847Lost 80 pounds on mounjaro but my dick shrunk like half an inch so I got off it and gained almost all the weight back. I’ll never trust medjews again
Bought some reta from a Chinese vendor and feels like it might either be bunk or underdosed... have been taking 6mg for 2 weeks now after running out of my previous supply and getting more food noise than I previously did. Is there a reasonable way to self test vs sending it to janoshik.
>>77466121Self testing is expensive, see if anyone on STG's Testing channels has that batch from that vendor in the testing results. Some blokes have entire groups dedicated to just one batch where they all chip in (voluntarily of course).Reta is also known to be much less effective at food noise than Sema and Tirz, but everyone reacts differently.
>>77466128Im thinking more like if double the dose and see if ft fucks me up and makes me not eat at all or can I do some cheap test that would show its working or not (keto/glucose strips).Ive been using reta for 3 months so know it works on me just feels like this dose is less effective than my previous batch
>>77466143Yeah see how you go.The other options are to lower Reta and stack Tirz at 2.5mg-5mg, or stay at 6mg Reta and stack Cagri at 0.25mg-0.5mg. I'm on 5mg Reta and 2.5mg Tirz (Reta every Sunday night and Tirz every Thursday morning), so far it's a godsend.
>>77466149Not sure how that is relevant if the batch is bunk
>>77466157That's assuming it's all good. If it's a bunk one, then yeah disregard stacking.
>>77466121Janoshik is like $150 don't listen to that other guy, just get it tested>>77466144Dear god I can't believe people are buying unfiltered vials, anything to lose weight huh

I had to stop mounjaro for 2 weeks because I was on vacation, how low do I restart at? Was at 7.5mg for 3 months
>>77466208>There's nothing fit about you fat ticking time bombsWeight loss — GLP-1 drugs can produce substantial, sustained weight loss by reducing appetite, increasing fullness, and decreasing calorie intake.Improved blood sugar control — They lower blood glucose by increasing glucose-dependent insulin release, reducing glucagon, and slowing gastric emptying.Reduced progression from prediabetes to type 2 diabetes — Weight loss and improved insulin sensitivity can substantially reduce the likelihood that prediabetes progresses to diabetes.Type 2 diabetes remission in some patients — Significant weight loss and metabolic improvement can allow some people, particularly those with relatively early diabetes, to achieve glucose levels below the diabetic range.Reduced risk of heart attack — Large cardiovascular trials show that GLP-1 receptor agonists reduce heart attacks in people at elevated cardiovascular risk.Reduced risk of stroke — GLP-1 receptor agonists reduce the incidence of stroke in several high-risk populations.Reduced major cardiovascular events — They reduce the combined risk of cardiovascular death, heart attack, and stroke, including in some people with obesity who do not have diabetes.Reduced cardiovascular mortality — Clinical trials show a reduction in deaths caused by cardiovascular disease among high-risk patients taking GLP-1 receptor agonists.Reduced overall mortality in high-risk populations — Large meta-analyses suggest GLP-1 receptor agonists modestly reduce the risk of death from any cause.Lower blood pressure — GLP-1 therapies typically produce modest reductions in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Improved cholesterol and triglycerides — Treatment can lower triglycerides and improve several other lipid and cardiometabolic risk markers.

>>77466229Youre just describing health benefits of not being a fat oinker. Which you are cause you literally need a pill, cause you can't excercise self control. >>774671884 of these are avoidable by not making retarded choices while on the drug and thyroid cancer risk hasn't been shown in humans
This guy is really seething about this
>>77465668Yes. 2.5mg blunts some of the food noise for me and most of the hunger but I can still end up feeling hungry/low blood sugar. In the 3.5-5mg range is when it really starts to completely cancel out all cravings. I don't feel hunger at those doses like a normal person would either. It's like there is a brain signal that my stomach is empty but no blood sugar drop, shakiness, etc.So 2.5mg is better for overall life enjoyment and I could basically just eat efficiently without any tirz. 5mg makes it nearly impossible to eat maintenance so I'm going to use that to cut.>>77466450I haven't hit heart sides from reta but tirz itself has nuked my HRV and increase my RHR. Tirz is stronger for appetite suppression. To explain this, each mg you inject is some blend of 2 things in tirz and 3 things in reta. On top of that IIRC glucagon was a "surprising" addition which counter intuitively made reta more effective at overall weight loss due to it maintaining a higher BMR. I forget why exactly I'm just vaguely pulling that from memory.>>77466227Yeah like >>77466477 said. Half life is 1 week. So missing 2 doses isn't that bad. You could also take half the dose twice a week for 2 weeks to ramp it up more gradually.
>>77467170>All your fat cells are just lying in waitThis is what happens on normal weight loss as well though, lol. I've lost it the normal way before, gained some back, repeat repeat repeat, just tired of that, got enough money to pay for this to maintain my weight loss permanently.
>>77467188>Diet and excercise come with the same health benefitsBut I do this while taking 5mg of tirz
I moved up to 5mg Tirz today. I have four kits (40 vials but now 39) of 30mg vials, so I decided to increase the concentration of the dose with lower BAC water - instead of reconstituting 3mL for 30mg, I've done 1.5mL so my injections remain at 2.5mg rather than injecting 5mg of BAC water.I've done this with Reta; the effects are the same. There's no difference outside of the fact that your BAC water amount is lower and you do 25 units on the syringe instead of 50 units.
>>77467805Nice, Tirz is king.

>>77465668>using this on a healthy BMIYes, that's me. I started at about 24% body fat and am dropping about a pound a week on 1.5 mg a week of reta. As I get lower, I seem to need to raise the dose a bit, but there's plenty of headroom there, so I want to get down to 15% and just maintain there long term, even if it means never getting off this stuff. >>77472765>540 lbsWhy are you pussy-footing around? Get on reta and titrate up to 8 mg a week right now and don't lower the dose until your weight starts with a 1. Lift heavy to retain muscle and bone mass. People say that for the loose skin you might try GHK-CU and/or HGH.
>>77471595>anhedoniaAnhedonia is a mental health term for the inability to feel pleasure or joy from things you once liked. Reta rewires your brains reward system and causes you to feel flat emotionally. It's part of why people are able to quit their addictions while on reta because it no longer gives them the same amount of pleasure.
>>77449847Not asking for sources, just asking how much does everything generally cost you? I see Chinese vendors selling the powder itself at okay prices, but you need BAC water, syringes, a whole lot more, right? Or apparently you don’t need BAC water if you’re reconstituting for one-time use?

It is a common ignorant and uninformed term spread by social media influencersDamn fucking right, and anyone who unironically uses this to describe Reta to their friends should kill themselves. The same goes for GLP-2. It does exist but it's completely and utterly unrelated to anything weight loss; it's for a separate medical issue (Crohn's Disease). In the Stairwaytogray Telegram, there's some fag who listened to a podcast (retard) which claimed there's an upcoming "GLP-4 and GLP-5". Holy fucking retards, I hate you gullible dickheads so much.
>>77479993good shit mate, how are you finding lifting?
>>77480184Not too bad, it was a struggle at first but I'm maintaining reps right now, not increasing my weights and reps for a while yet. This is the lightest I've been in a decade so I'm savouring this for a while.
>>77479704> There are better versions of DNP now.??
Don't engage the DNPtranny
Any of you tried psyllium husk while on mounjaro/tirz? I don't want to take actual laxatives, I had good results on psyllium husk in the past before I used glp-1. Wondering what it's like when on a glp-1. I barely go to the toilet at all, drink a lot of water and eats lots of fruit and veggies.
https://www.bacteriostaticwaters.com/?country=USledditors are saying their shit tested at only 0.11% instead of 0.9%. Been using for 2 months and no issues. Should I spend 5x more for real pharma grade shit?https://www.reddit.com/r/PeptideSelect/comments/1p1u5mh/amazon_bac_water/
>>77480583I take 5 700mg capsules a day and have no issues shitting
>>77480746Yes.Only use Hospira BAC, never anything else.
>>77480794AU Hospira BAC water:https://aussiebacwater.com.au/product/bacteriostatic-water-for-injection-2x-30ml-hospira/US Hospira BAC water:https://bacteriostaticwatersupplies.com/Some AU and US stores have 10ml bottles, grab those instead of 30ml due to shelf life after you puncture the seal.EU Hospira BAC water is hard to find, so if you find somewhere selling some, hammer it hard. The alternative to that is Genetek. Be advised that it is made in india, so be warned there. Ultimately it's up to you
>>77479993firstly massive grats on the weight loss that is huge. whats your bf%? wow 5mg. I'm doing 2mg which is alright, but 5mg would mean I'd blast through £150 every 4 weeks, which would be doable if I wasn't being rawdogged by my divorce.
>>77480901Cheers mate.I'll admit I don't know my own body fat percentage. I've never been a huge gym-goer or anything like that. I do plan on getting measured soon though.
>spend 300 dollars a month on tirz>expect this to hurt my bank account>3 months later don't even notice, if anything I have more than I thought I would>turns out tirz was saving me money since I no longer eat fast food 5 days a week.tirz truly is king.
is it hard to inject?
Whats the cheapest way to get these without insurance?
>>77481195find someone at the gym who has reta and rob them
>>77481181not at all they had to retardproof it so the average american can do it
>>77481195Read the OP.
what about MOTS-C?
>>77481195>>77481256Go to your local gym and talk to the leanest guy there
>>77481322Not a GLP.
I'm on 2.5 mg Tirz and tonight will be my third dose, I started supplementing creatine (15g/dag) last week since I read that it benefits memory and processing and noticed that I haven't really lost any weight this week. It's most likely water weight right? I consume around 2000~2500 kcal per day, a lot of that is protein (60%-70%) Protein shake in the morning with the creatine and milk (500ml milk, 15g creatine and 30g of protein powder myprotein). Weight is currently 158 kg, and I started at around 160 kg.
>>77481398sucking the creatine out of your gyno titties
>>77481195see>>77449849
>>77480583I started taking psyllium recently, just before I started taking tirz, actually (been on tirz for a week today, 2.5mg, psyllium for a little over a week). My decision to take psyllium had nothing to do with weight loss, I've just always had difficulty getting enough fiber, but I was worried how those two would interact. Overall, I feel like it takes longer for me to have a bowel movement now, but their quality is so much better now, I really wish I had found out about psyllium before. Highly recommend.
>>77481073My exact reasoning for deciding to spend money on the stuff. I'd be saving money overall.
tirz arrives tomorrow. can't wait to never feel hungry again
>>77481073Shit adds up. Been eating nothing but Deenz, Nina plain chips with cottage cheese and Tuna, did the math and I'm up a hundred even after buying the drugs.
>3kg gained in a week from presumably water weight>While still clean dieting and doing cardio every nightGoddammit. At least Reta is burning the fat still.
>>77480802why does nobody do 3ml bac vials why the FUCK do I have to puncture a 10ml vial for 1-3mls of water>>77481398Yes creatine loading causes you to retain water
>>77481398measure your waist in addition to weight since it's the actual measure of fat loss you should be caring about
>>77482327I'm in a similar situation, but my Reta is back to 2.5 and my Tirz is at 5. I'm going to go up to 5mg Reta on Sunday and reduce Tirz to 2.5.
How many extra calories do you burn a day on reta? Does higher dose = more cals burned?
>>77482547ok
>>77482571As long as you are eating well and not starving yourself, Reta will burn the fat via the glucagon receptor, aka CICO is required.
I don't think the 2.5mg is working anymore bros. How long did u guys stay on it? I've only been on it for 4 weeks, it's normal to switch to 5mg now I guess. Just thought I could stay on 2.5mg forever. Have had 0 side effects though so that's great, it worked very well the first 3 weeks.
>>77482667You're meant to titrate up every 4 weeks.>Tirz: 2.5, 5, 7.5, etc>Reta: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
>>77482711Yeah but I don't have a lot to lose, only looking to lose like 7-8kg, and then maintain with tirz. I don't wanna be on 15mg due to increased side effects.
>>77482872Go up anyway to 5mg and hold there. If it still doesn't work, try Reta from the gray market.
>>77482327who cares about water weight just keep measuring your weight and take the moving 5 day avg or if you care that much take a constipation pill
>>77482667Lowest effective dose. I wouldn't necessarily go up to 5 just because that's what the official Eli Lilly dose escalation is. Try 3 or 3.5.
>>77480802So glad I bought a 20 pack of Hospira for like $100 before they jacked up the prices
Just bought the next pack, what can I expect next week when I up the dose?It was super effective with short term noticeable side effects at first but now the 3rd and 4th dose barely had noticeable effects.
>>77483760a nice lil enhanced effect :)
Are little mosquito bumps after injecting common? I insert at 90 degrees with my skin pinched
>>77483760You'll likely get a bit more nausea but that's USUALLY the worst of it. I found 1mg and 2.4mg to be the worst (1.7mg gave me no side effects for some reason).
>>77483837Yep, also slight bruising too. It's likely a reaction to where you wiped your stomach with the alcohol swab, the peptide/pen you injected, or both.
>>77483837I got that when I injected to the stomach but not on my thighs, also made me more nauseous injecting to the stomach.>>77483891It's kinds strange cause the very first time was the worst nausea and feeling bloated, but it was pretty manageble and went away in a couple hours and yi noticed an immediate effect on satiety and hunger pangs, but it got less nauseous and also less effective with every injection, now with the 4th it just stopped working at all
Why does the GLP crowd call it "gray market" it is literally black market? Your buying the shit illegally with bitcoin. Roiders don't call their test gray market.
>>77484322>Roiders don't call their test gray market.Yes they do lmaoIf it was actually black market you would be buying it on a Tor market and paying with Monero
>>77484322It's called the Gray Market because unlike the Black Market, Gray occupies an area of "not legal but not strictly 100% illegal" due to issues with medical regulations and loopholes, unlike Black which is outright illegal with no "gray" area to exploit. Also,>Your
bros, I get pre-filled syringes of generic tirz. I'm currently injecting half a syringe and throwing away the rest. How can I safely use it for two doses? I'm thinking if I bought a sterile vial I could transfer half into it for later use. Maybe there's a simpler safe alternative?
