It's not just women, fat men are just as insecure and coping. Every single fat guy thinks they have as much lean muscle mass under their fat as a roider who's been working out for years. They think their goal 12% body weight at 5'10 is like 200lbs. They don't understand what 12% and 50% look like, what is reasonable for a natty dyel, how to use a tape measure, or that the navy method is only accurate in normal body ranges.
