Do I need to bulk or cut?

I don't know if I'm bulking or cutting. I should be bulking I guess because I'm not that strong and I'm not going up in weight during my exercises but at the same time I'm scared of getting fat so I do some retard half and half where I'm avoiding carbohydrates and eating a lot of protein and not eating sugar but then there are times where I feel like I need to eat more so I mix my whey up with milk. I have literally zero clue as to what the fuck I am doing and I can't both cut and bulk at the same time, I should just decide to do one of them and I'm leaning towards a bulk but I can't bulk without feeling guilty because I'd get fat. Basically my workouts right now are going down the shitter because of this retard diet I'm having.
>>77459542you should learn how to exercise first before deciding. Start with learning how to squat instead of half squat. Do some cardio

>>77459567>>77459612Disgusting fatty aside, plating like that is very common if you're doing warmup + progressive overload. Say you do this:warmup- 135set 1 - 205set 2 - 255set 3 - 275set 4 - 295set 5 - (whatever your max is)^ in above case you would have to keep switching middle plates for "optimal" which is just a waste of timeIt's not my style but it's not uncommon, I see powerlifters do it all the fucking time.
