Does anyone here have experience with this gains goblin? I get feverish like I have the flu after lifting and it lasts for 8-10 days. The onset was over 5 months ago. It really sucks
>>
>>77459705
no but from what i know of conditions like it, is that it sucks
gather its one where you just gotta accept the energy cards your dealt for a while
>>
vax status?
>>
>>77459705
Am pureblooded so no, I haven't.
Ironically I had a pretty nasty stomach bug around peak coof but never got the flu itself.
>>
>>77459705
Took me about a year an a half to be able to gym 3x a week again.

Sit tight, it'll probably get better. Just give yourself room to heal.
>>
>>77459705
You got jabbed, didn’t you?
>>
>>77459705
I'm unvaxxed and chew tobacco so I never had this issue
>>
>>77459705
Grow up. It's not like you have a real disease like fibromyalgia
>>
>>77459705
long covid is a psychosomatic illness, which primarily explains why it only affects women, retards, and lesser faggots.
>>
>>77461052
yeah, real men get organic diseases like alcoholism & SIMPLE (not woke complex) ptsd
>>
>>77459705
long covid?
since I never took the jab I don't have symptoms of vax side effe... sorry I meant long covid
>>
Wife's side of the family took the experimental innoculation, 1 of them got cancer the same year and died, 2 got extremely sick with long term disabilities immediately after and still suffer from these disabilities to this day. My side of the family didn't even believe COVID was real. None of them caught covid, all of them are in great health.

This but unironically. Urbanites who claim to have PTSD should be forced to dig a foxhole and be subjected to an artillery barrage.
>>
kek OP is vaxxed.

semi-related, I rawdogged a couple of vaxxed slampigs anons, is this shit sexually transmitted or is that just a meme?
>>
>>77461419
>>77461145
But WW1 and WW2 soldiers that developed PTSD were thought as cowards weaklings and malingerers by their superiors. General Patton slapped two soldiers that he thought were faking it. It became accepted and even glorified later, through Hollywood and the Vietnam war films.

Was it never accepted that the virus itself was causing everything and the jab was mimicking the mechanism therefore many jab side effects were light version of what you got from the virus itself, and that there wasn't a lizard people conspiracy to rob our manhood?
>>
>>77461604
the funniest jab-tard cope was all the stats they would post about how the jab caused "long covid" or something in for example, 1/100 people, whereas actual covid caused it in e.g. 1/10 people, but they conveniently left out that the jab didnt actually stop you from getting covid so you were just putting yourself at extra risk for no reason lol.

in reality though neither the jab nor covid posed any real threat to anyone under the age of 80. glad i never put that shit in my body anyway though.

My grandpa was a ww2 veteran, whose entire company got encircled and wiped out and he was the sole survivor. He spent days in the wilderness trying to find his way back to friendly lines. When he reached friendly lines they thought he was an enemy and opened fire on him but failed to hit him, and he got up when the smoke cleared and they identified him as friendly. He had PTSD after ww2 and committed suicide after nearly strangling my grandma to death in his sleep.
>>
>>77461604
the jab based on the first and harshest version of the virus which quickly mutated to be less and less aggressive?
yeah genious move

>and that there wasn't a lizard people conspiracy to rob our manhood?
do you also believe everything the man in the TV tells you?

>>77461633
>but they conveniently left out that the jab didnt actually stop you from getting covid
I remember when I got told "1 jab and you are safe and are not affected and can't transmit it"
and later on every fucking asshole denied that this was ever stated

2020 and onward was truly eye opening what kind of people everone around you really is.
Hitler, Stalin, the EU and every other dictator would be proud of them.

After getting covid the first time I had stomach symptoms for a few weeks. First time I had it was really intense, only reason I tested for covid was I also had a runny nose and slight cough. Other than that, it was mostly stomach for me.

The long covid symptoms lasted for about 1-2 years, but would come and go away for seemingly months at a time.

I don't know if nicotine patches helped cure me, or the symptoms were finally on their way out when I tried them, but they are worth a try. I have a decent nicotine tolerance so I was able to just use the small patches daily, but for other people that will be way too much so do your research if you try them.

Even though I'm in the worst shape of my life and have gained a ton of weight I feel so much better now that those symptoms have cleared up.
>>
>>77461604
Why are you even bothering to reply to these people? They spend all day repeating the same shit over and over for years on end, you're not going to convince anyone. They're the right-wing equivalent of blue hairs screaming about privilege, transphobia, etc. Just ignore them.
>>
>>77460888
Damn what were your symptoms? I feel like coming down with the flu, sore throat and fever after lifting weights at >6 RPE.

>>77461942
I've read about this and will give it a shot, it seems pretty straightforward
>>
you sound fat
>>
Coming off 1 week of being sick
Lost all my gains
Starting off slow so I dont fuck myself up.
I had such a good record of 3 on 1 off for months now.
>>
>>77463370
Be very conservative after a virtual illness. You need a couple of weeks at reduced intensity to be safe, even if you feel 100%
>>
>>77463413
*Viral goddamn it
>>
>>77459705
covid is not real lmao its just a flu
>>
>>77459705
I've heard some people have had success using mitochondrial enhancers like methylene blue, SLU-PP-332, SS-31, and MOTS-C. MB is cheap and easy to find, so it's probably worth giving that a shot first. The rest are research chemicals, so it's a bit of a hassle to get them.
>>
Why don’t you guys try just sleeping more? When I was younger I got mono and like 5 months later I was still sick. I started sleeping like 9 hours a day everyday and walking in the sun a lot in between and gradually I got better. Sunlight, sleep, and locomotion are like the best medicine ever.

>>77461604
Oh, so you're a vaxxie then?
no refunds

Nope, but I do the BromAC cocktail as an antiviral for COVID based on its strong in vitro evidence below and clinical trials saying the components are bioavailable.

Fatigue, malaise, dizziness, easily overwhelmed physically or mentally. It sucked desu. I was in it half of 2020, all of 2021, and some of 2022.
>>
>>77464613
Eg, in the worst of it, I would take a 15 minute walk with the dog on flat terrain and need 10-20 minutes recovery in a dark, quiet room.
>>
>>77461604
Correct, that's how vaccines work.
>>
>>77464613
Obvious statement, all this started before the vaccines existed
>>
>>77464963
Yes thats how actual vaccines work
Which that was not

Thats why they had to change the definition of vaccine
>>
>>77465467
>wasn't [description of how vaccines work] how the vaccine worked
>yes
>actually they had to change the definition
are you ok

Yeah, had it last year and it's just typical post viral fatigue. Lasted about 6 months for me. Studies show it can take up to two years with worsening odds of a total recovery the longer it takes.
Only thing to do is wait and train as much as possible.

I had long Covid a few years ago. Similar symptoms, in that I got feverish even when taking a short walk.
Taking antihistamines fixed it for me.
Doxylamine or Diphenhydramine, cannot remember which one exactly it was.

They are over the counter, so easy to get.
>>
>>77467591
To reiterate to this: I literally just taking the antihistamine for two days or so made me feel MUCH better. And they are very cheap.

It worked so well that I actually couldn't believe it (this sounds like I am trying to sell this shit, but yeah, it was good, to finally be able to live a normal life again.)

You had allergies bro chill
>>
>>77468544
No, I did not and do not have allergies.
>>
>>77468864
Yeah you had allergies
>>
>>77467611
>>77467591
Did you keep taking them to fix this?
>>
>>77469433
No, I took them for a few days or up to two weeks and then stopped. I took them before bed as usual.

Before I took them, I had long Covid for about three months. As I said, I would get feverish even after talking a short walk. It got a lot better within 1-2 days of taking one of those antihistamines (both had some effect, one of them helped significantly better than the other though; may also be personal which antihistamine helps best for long covid).
>>
>>77463370
youll get it back
