What is the absolute latest/cutting edge in skin preservation technology to preserve my young face as long as possible?
>>
Have you seen Face/Off?
>>
>>77472284
Unironically sunscreen. UV damage is going to be the main factor. Retinoids I would say second, but with retinoids sunscreen is a prerequisite. If you are a lazy fuck and you can only do one thing buy a bottle of the CeraVe AM moisturizer or a comparable spf moisturizer product and put it on every morning. I stopped wearing sunscreen because I can’t be fucked to wash my face every night.

absolute npc reddit response. We can now observe people who have been using sunscreen and retinoids for 20+ years. They dont look younger than their age. They still have jowling, they still have breakdown of the underlying skin. The surface is simply "smooth", The youthful glow and luminescence is even gone. It doesnt fix laxity and breakdown

Mild doses of estrogen above the normal male range but below the point where it affects testosterone or other hormones.
>>

This isn't possible btw, any dose will affect your T levels

what type of estrogen, and what delivery method?

And will estrogen preserve facial fatpad positioning and prevent them from dissipating/dissolving/descending?
>>
>>77472698
If you aren't hungry all the time or super lean(instabuff vs permabuff) your estrogen should be healthier.
>>
>>77472698
Drink a lot of milk and eggs just to be sure that you get a lot of cholesterol and fats that are the building block of hormones.

No idea, I randomly got adult acne after having nearly flakes skin for most of my life.
Dermatologists are fucking retarded and prescribe me retinols that didn't do anything besides destroy my skin barrier.
I asked them whats carrying my acne and they just shrug their shoulders and guess what medication would work.
Nothing has worked so far and I've seen several dermatologists

I'm thinking about just biting the bullet and getting accutane

Retarded. You can increase your estradiol by increasing your testosterone.

Not exactly; I'm cycling the components of it at different times, using alternative molecules to activate and deactivate the same pathways, and also directly upregulating GSTA4 downstream of all that mumbo-jumbo since Sinclair's eye paper on it dropped.
>>
>>77473602
Yeah people said actually doing that protocol would probably kill you since it would completely wear out your t cells...

So is your routine too complex to just clearly write out in steps? Or is it regularly changing too much?
>>
>>77473529
I don't believe it could've been so bad that whatever protocols and products her wealth could afford wouldn't pretty much counteract the effects of the alcohol. This picture is prettymuch the trajectory of the average pleb out there, especially white. Until you can suggest something to beat this, its where everyone's headed healthy lifestyle or not

Unlikely to be a serious concern unless you seriously overdo it, picrel.
>So is your routine too complex to just clearly write out in steps?
Yeah, the tl;dr is I'm modulating each factor up and down one after the other while also pulsing activation of GSTA4, but also running a full-ass compound library of low-toxicity prophylactic chemotherapy never published in combination.

>>
>>77473938
Oh ok right, because thats the other thing people were saying about these "senolytic" protocols is that if you do them long enough they'll just lead to cancer. So you're adding a whole reigmen in addition to prevent that. How many substances/compounds does this "full ass library" consist of?...

And what have you modified or discovered didnt work with your gsta4 protocol since you started it a couple years ago?

Stop caring about staying young.
Age gracefully.

Old age only looks bad because boomers treated it like it was an obstacle to reliving the summer of ‘69 of repeat for 45 years.
Be wise and strong and knowledgeable.
No one young is worth anything. The nice things about youth are the potentialities. But everyone wastes it anyway.
Don’t waste it and aging will be preferable to being young.

drinking water.
proper hydration ensures the inner skin barriers are at their most optimal levels before they ever reach the outer layer.
if they are sub optimal, no amount of meme shit can prevent the excessive damage from the layer already being fucked from the start.

Casgevy shots were the first proof of concept for editing genes in humans after birth, but making the technology safe enough for cosmetic use is still some years off. Tons of small molecules and peptides affect epigenetic expression however, which lets you turn off and on a fair amount of genes with currently available prescription and OTC/RC shit.
>>
Sunscreen+retinoids+hydrate+eat well+sleep+stay active+dont be stressed out+get lucky with genetics

Achieve some combination of above, ideally at least the first eight
>>
>>77478344
So which genes would be the most important to target? Are you talking about peptides like progelin, which inhibits elastase enzymes?

>So which genes would be the most important to target?
Nrf2 pathway is probably the most major:
>Role of Phytochemicals in Skin Photoprotection via Regulation of Nrf2
>https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/pharmacology/articles/10.3389/fphar.2022.823881/full
However hundreds of different genes have been identified and this article goes into many others:
>Pathogenesis of Photoaging in Human Dermal Fibroblasts
>https://mednexus.org/doi/full/10.1097/JD9.0000000000000068

>>77478377
>Are you talking about peptides like progelin, which inhibits elastase enzymes?
Yes, although enzyme inhibition itself is not epigenetic; yet the downstream effects of it in that particular case are.
>>
>>77472284
