>eat and train like a boxer cutting for a fight
and what does that entail
>>

Get punched in the face x F
Piss out your kidneys x F
>>

Just like many things in life worth pursuing, the hardest barrier lies within our skulls.
>>
>>77472718
no because you need a certain amount of muscle, this is why many endurance fags are about 120 and 18% body fat
>>

You ask that as if that many people care about being <12% BF / are actively pursuing that goal.
>>
Once you’re older, staying below 15% requires pretty much constant dedication. Nevermind staying below 12%. The only people who stay below 12% are natural freaks and professionals.

>a boxer cutting for a fight
You are aware that is precisely a process that rebounds like hell the the moment you stop it, right?
>>

>dont you just eat less and exercise more?
Yes, but it requires consistency and discipline.
>waking up and going to bed early
>making sure you drink at least a gallon of water daily
>calculating macros
>prepping weekly meals
>eating the same or at least similar items daily
>saying "no" when you're offered food
>refusing alcohol
>focusing on strength training
>never missing a workout
>maintaining step count
>tracking metrics
>etc
>etc
>etc
Once you get used to doing this, it spills over to other aspects of your life.
