more loaded carries especially strongman style sandbag pickup. You need thicker obliques and glutes, but muscular not fat.

You can't. Shouldn't of been a fat fuck.

weekly 72 hour fasts will encourage your body to break down and recycle useless cells like your saggy skin

Surgery, probably. But that's a really good progress otherwise, I'm proud of you.
>>
>>77473239
You need to get wayyy leaner, and then bulk up a little, I promise it will get rid of almost if not all of that, but you need to get to the lowest bf you can handle first then get back up to like 10%

>>77473239
I dont even think this is bad desu you have a good build, good work anon. If you wanna remove the skin surgery is your only hope
>>
>>77473239
That's really not that much excess skin. Some of it can go away on it's own, but it takes a long time. If this is really recent, I would say wait a while. Do some mild dermabrasion in the shower, it helps increase skin cell turnover. But, you may end up needing surgery to completely get rid of it. On the upside though it's really easy to finance and for such a small amount it would probably be really quick and on the cheaper side of things.

You look fine. Just keep cutting and growing muscle

All you gaygen fags posting on /fit/ lol. Just google this shit, no one here will tell you anything worth while.

Occasional fasting, build muscle, eat collagen, wait. You're young enough/didn't get fat enough in the first place for that to tighten to the point where it's barely noticeable. Don't get surgery right off the bat, give it a few years.
>>
>>77473239
How much of a shitty skin you have to look like that? I was fatter and i didnt get any loose skin.
>>
Just keep shredding to make sure whatever you have is skin and not stubborn fat then get a tummy tuck. Your abs are not clearly defined so you still have plenty of body fat to lose.
>>
go back in time and
>take epsom salt baths
>lotion with cocoa butter daily
>drink collagen
>take cialis

Keep doing what you have been doing. Seems to work.

I’m curious how you lost the weight. Your transformation actually is a lot better than most I’ve seen.

None of this shit actually works. Loose skin is a combination of stubborn body fat and excess skin, which is made of excess skin cells. Just like fat cells, the cells can shrink but the only way to definitively get rid of the cells is to physically remove them. Nowadays tummy tucks are pretty safe. OP should just keep dieting until he believes he is at his bodybuilding show body fat and whatever he has left at that point is skin he should just remove surgically. The scarring can be mitigated with topicals or hidden with tan and tattoos.

Do the Mr Mike surgery

Abdominoplasty. There's not really a non surgical way to remove excess skin.

Hey OP, good work. I have had an almost identical journey but maybe I've been lifting for a bit longer, and I'm a little bit leaner.

I've had the loose skin for two years. I lost it by doing OMAD and the occasional 72 hour fast. It tightened a little over time, but not noticeably so. Derma rolling does nothing. Collagen is good for other reasons, but it won't remove the laxity. I researched solutions to the gut pouch backwards, there really is nothing non-surgical that works. Peptides don't do shit. There's no cream or serum that seems to help. No type of fasting/autophagy stuff will make a noticeable dent in it, and time will not meaningfully help this either.

There are MANY grifters trying to make money from this postfat problem, and even more hopeful idiots who think it is nice to offer up false hope via various snake medicines, ignore them. There are, I assume, also some trolls. Just know that anyone who says 'just do x and things will work out!' is a retard. This is the price of being fat. Ugly scar or gross pouch.

Getting leaner will make it look worse, but, if you decide to get the surgery you will want to be as lean as possible.

I talked to several plastic surgeons and am getting a standard abdominoplasty in a few weeks. The surgeon volunteered to do some liposuction around the lower back/hip area too. Apparently, if you have decent abdominal musculature the surgery recovery is much easier as they don't do any stitches to your abs.

My advice to you is to make a decision about whether you want the surgery or not sooner rather than later. I regret waiting a year hoping it would improve on its own.

If you do decide to pursue surgery, be careful about taking the word of one surgeon as gospel. Get several opinions. One of them was telling me that a 'mini tummy tuck' was the best solution, and the others explained to me that this would result in a bad outcome for various reasons.

why jannies deleted it?

Getting leaner will make it look worse but it’s important to do it anyway because what a lot of surgeons won’t tell you is when they remove that skin it has fat stuck to it. They do a liposuction. That’s fat you possibly could’ve burned and then you only have removed what is truly excess skin and fat cells.

Formerly fat people shouldn’t be afraid of liposuction and tummy tucks imo. There are ways to minimize and hide the scars.
