What would be the optimal diet if you ignore the meaningless human desire for flavor and viewed food in a purely utilitarian aspect as fuel of various qualities?
>>
>>77474571
raw food vegan
>>
>>77474571
probably some sort of enriched protein slurry
>>
>>77474571
just hit your macos and calories and makes no fucking difference as long as not all complete junk food.
You fucking muh optimal diet autists are always a bunch of dyels with personality disorders.
No, there is not exact perfect combination of grocery store items that will fix what ever shitty life problems you have, nor will it get you jacked or give you abs without lifting heavy fucking weights and doing lots of cardio
>>
>>77474579
but that wouldn't require any chewing and would lead to weak jaws and teeth
>>
>>77474571
This
>>77474382
>>
>>77474584
Chewing rocks would help balance that out, the jaw is a muscle like any other
>>
>>77474583
I'm just asking a hypothetical theres no need to get angry
>>
>>77474590
And I answered you.
>>
>>77474572
Vegatards should shut up about vegetables and their schizo nemesi, the ketolards
>>
>>77474583
thank you
>>
>>77474571
I would probably try more fast carbs timed to hit mid workout. You probably already know protein for every meal and not to be fat deficient. But high carb is huge for fast muscle and you need more protein for it. Basically just learn to cook so you can lift more. You could probably eat all the junk food you want with no alcohol and get lean once you get big enough for testosterone to take effect and make everything easy as shit. Gains are faster than ever btw.

The real blackpill is that no diet really defeats the aging wall. Notice how chads can eat and drink whatever up until like 25 and look amazing? Conversely the guy who tracks everything carefully looks about the same up to mid 20s

Everyone's body crumbles to shit afterwards. Aging is the disease. There's really no diet that can counteract it. Once your body has sent the signal to break down, that's the agenda now
>>
>>77474571
lean meats, leafy greens, fruit and whole grains like oats
>>
>>77474841
>leafy greens
this person doesn't know what the hell he is doing
>>
>>77474571
>4 boiled jumbo eggs
>125g boiled lentils (dry weight)
>475g grilled chicken breast with rib meat (cooked weight)
>5.5 liters spring water

horse seamen
>>
>>77474844
>anti vegetable meme
This person will never post body.
>>
>>77474571
chicken broccoli and rice unironically
>>
>>77474687
I'm vegan keto tho
>>
>>77474571
Flavor is how your body tells you what you need. The optimal diet is the tastiest one without processed foods. Yeah a lot of vegetables taste bad because we artificially bred them into existence, they don't occur in nature and if they do they're usually poisonous.
>>
>>77475963
>This metric I made up is how you tell what your body needs, but only if you eat the foods that I restrict the definition to
Lmao
>>
>>77474783
So for you zooms, 25 is old age now?

lol, Africa-tier.
>>
>>77476803
>just ignore how your body works goy!
>you didn't evolve over a 100,000 years in an environment with limited natural food sources, you evolved to eat corn syrup, grains and genetically modified nightshades!
>>
>>77477180
Tell me about all the naturally occurring foods you've eaten in your life. Go on. Tell me about the selectively bred fruits, vegetables, animals and grains that didnt exist thousands of years ago. Tell me about how its totally natural to eat animals bred to be obese and produce bred to be sugary and starchy.

Tell me allllll about it anon

Hard mode: dont sperg out.
>>
>>77475963
this is fucking retarded. it's reddit foid tier even
>>
>>77477198
Watch out bro, hell call you a goy (GASP)
>>
>>77477191
>reddit tier gotcha response

Just because purely natural foods don't really exist in their original forms anymore doesn't mean you have to drink corn syrup or eat vegetables so bitter that you may as well start including non food sources as part of your diet like shredded paper.
>>
>>77477523
Thanks for saving me he trouble of reading your whole post by showing that it was indeed too hard in your first few words. Get well soon.
>>
>>77474571
Eggs(including shell), animal liver (raw or dried into jerky), wild berries, yogurt made from unpasteurized milk for probiotics. Im pretty sure this would be the healthiest and moat balanced diet for any human regardless of geography, climate and genetics
>>
>>77477633
Not gunna lie sounds pretty tasty
>>
>>77477191
>never ate venison, never picked wild berries or wild mushrooms in the summer, never went in the woods to pick chestnuts and walnuts in fall, never ate beech nuts or wild oats for fun, never caught crayfish or trout to cook over the campfire seasoning it with wild garlic and wild fennel
man it must suck to be a city boy
>>
>>77477681
it's just a wild faggot, wouldn't bother responding
>>
>>77477633
>animal liver
what other kind of liver is there lol
>>
>>77474571
>fibrous veggies like spinach or kale (or whatever local leafy veg of choice is your favourite, I like Campanula rapunculoides), about 100g per meal 2 times a day (breakfast and dinner)
>antioxidant rich fruit or veggies, coloured carrots, beets, tomatoes and peppers, and things of that nature fall in here, about 50g per meal 2 times a day (lunch and dinner)
>mushroom. I will not elaborate.
>meat, ~80g per meal 4 meals a day. Red is worse than white.
>carb. ~100g per meal, 4 meals a day. Pick your favourite, no one is best.
>nuts, ~30g per meal 3 meals a day.
>>
>>77477716
Autocorrect from mammal. Chicken/duck livers are not as nutritious as say beef, pork, venison etc
>>
>>77477633
>salmonella
>parasites, E. coli + other bacteria
>toxins
>pathogens, disease epidemics, infant deaths
Well it's certainly one way to reduce the human population

You are so God damn subhumanely retarded
>>
>>77479138
Oh look the limp wrist fag showed up to debooonk human diets for a milenia. Post body
>>
>>77474572
This. There is no good reason to eat animals other than for one’s own selfish pleasure.

>but muh protein!
100g of seitan literally has more protein than chicken breast

>but onions gives u bitch tits!
it's phytoestrogen and doesn't do shit to human hormones

>but muh vitamin B12!
livestock only have B12 because farmers inject them with supplements anyway, just take the pill directly without eating a cow's liver instead

>plants feel pain too bro u are literally slaughtering grass!
plants don't even have a nervous system, and livestock eat 10x more plants just to make 1kg of beef anyway

Depends; if you want to get large you need 4 dozen eggs. 5 dozen if you want barge mode.
>>
>>77479193
Meaningless phrase at this point.
>>
>>77479277
>eat half dozen eggs a day
>does help with gains
>eventually develop egg fatigue
Sad reality
>>
>>77475963
>Yeah a lot of vegetables taste bad
grow up nigga are you 5?
>>
>>77476815
Its biology. This isnt the 80s where you peak in your 30s, downtown condo, balding, cocainemaxxing or wtv
>>
>>77474572
Unironically this.
>>
>>77479516
My point was that if something tastes bad, you're probably not supposed to be eating it. There's plenty of good tasting vegetables out there.
>>
>>77479187
>seitan
>B12 pill
doesn't sound "raw food vegan" like the anon you agreed with
>>
>>77479187
1. Setian is not raw
2. Tofu is not raw
>>
>>77480579
"bad" is subjective. Some people love Brussels sprouts, some hate themm
>>
>>77480600
That's because some people cover them in oil and roast the fuck out of them and some people undercook them while steaming and they end up bitter as fuck. Your body doesn't lie, if it's bitter then it's not in a form where you're getting any nutritional value from them.
>>
>>77480614
Oh, okay. You're going to add conditionals and pivot. I won't continue this conversation since you're acting in bad faith.
>>
>>77474571
Fatty fish, offal, eg, vegetable to counteract env toxins and oxidation with phytonutrients, top off with starch around training if more kcal needed. Also vitamins.

Non-fish-fats if bf% is low.
>>
>>77480579
Taste is trained. I ate low fat for a couple months and it completely killed cravings for sweets because they started feeling absurdly greasy. Same for other stuff like cheese or fatty meats. Same for sugar, ate low sugar -> steamed carrot is now sweet, don't even get me started on apples/oranges.
>>
I mean like, I used to consider cheese a health food basically, since I lift and box, and use up a ton of kcal. Now I'm sitting here and I don't wanna eat that third slice of cheese cuz it just feels too fatty.
>>
>>77480618
>it doesn't matter if you douse garbage with 1200 calories of oil!
>you're arguing in bad faith!
>>
>Responding irately to a one day old post with a strawman
