Breakfast and dinner are easy but what the FUCK am I supposed to eat for lunch especially if I work on the road?
>>77474927Skip it.
>>77474927Sandwich, leftovers of a home cooked meal, meal prepped tub of protein heavy foodJust not gas station fare or the like, fast food etc is all an avoid at all costsMonster mash from the vertical diet is a good example of something simple, preppable and with an amount of carbs and protein you can measure and dial in to whatever macros you are trying to hitStirfry, chicken breasts, a lean steak like top round, beef bulogi, even just some sliced meat and cheese The retired strongman and prominent racist, Brian Shaw, had a youtube or two about traveling with an entire suitcase of meal prepped food for competition
>>77474927McDonalds :D
>>77474927Baked potato and chicken salad, chilli, chicken sandwich, burger without the fries and drink. I mean what answer are you looking for here? It's the fries and drink that does you in at fast food places.
>>77474927Turkey/eggs sandwhich
>>77474927Greek salad with a side of 0% fat Greek yogurt.
Lunch should be your biggest meal of the day and your most insulin spiking. You should cram as much of your daily carbs into lunch as you can. You should also cram more of your fat into lunch. Dinner should be mostly protein and lower carbs or fat. So for lunch you can just eat a big salad with dressing or a sandwich or whatever.
>>77474927Batch cooked ground beef and rice with a piece of fruit on the side. If you need a few days of food then a decent cooler is a great investment. Oranges and apples of all varieties keep for a while. Basically nutritious kibble for dudes
>>77474927I'm in construction and eat out of a lunchbox. I keep any combination of 4-6oz cheese or sticks, jerky or meat sticks, protein shake, Greek yogurt, mixed nuts or trail mix, hamburger patties, chicken breast, brats or other sausage made at a local meat depot, hard boiled eggs

I eat the same shit every single day because I'm autistic and it works for me. The actual lunch meat changes often though. The bbq kinda sucks. I also eat the same thing for breakfast as well lmao. Oats, powdered PB and whey. Sometimes I add pumpkin to it if I need more carbs.
>>77478215Pretty based but>potato breadSHYGDDT>>77474927Start prepping sammies, retard. I've started making slop sammies where I can prep the hard bits and plop it on some bread with condiments, cole slaw or greens in about 60s. This way my sammies don't get soggy sitting around. What's the slop?>onion pepper mushrooms tomato diced>saute in oil>add lunch meats (turkey+salami rn)>turn off heat add cheeseThen you can either make it souffle slop by adding eggs directly if you're lazy or fry them separate to top each sammy off day of.
Just go somewhere fast food and get a high protein meal nigga it's not rocket science
