Any recomendationn on calisthenics for beginners? I finished my major studies last month which was overkill and I am still overweight and weak from not doing anything, I'm getting in shape by eating healthy and going hiking and fishing but I wanted to do more, before joining the gym I wanted to be able to do exercices with my bodyweight and try to regain some strenght and balance so I can be more body aware and then move on to weights.Any tips? Pic unrelated.
>wants to get stronger>isn't going to the gymstop taking life advice from pictures of youtubers and just go lift at the gym, you will become 'body aware' by lifting weights, not by doing some lazy sets of pushups in your bedroom.
