any of you had this pelvic tilt stuff and managed to fix it? exercises or stretches?
Just look up some tutorials on YouTube. I fixed mine with consistent full-body work outs multiple times a week along with generally being active like playing sports and just being on my feet moving.
back extension, pull aparts and stretching
>>77475402Like the other anon said, strengthen the surrounding muscles. The butterfly stretch helped me too. Also, when you're standing for a while, make yourself consciouslu aware of your posture and adjust your hip angle if needed. It also helps not having a beer gut.
>>77475402you must be engaging muscles in the red area of your photo at all times, aside from laying down. essentially you want to be slightly tensing the area and bringing it 'upwards and inwards' if that makes sense. from that point, you will be able to actively pull or rotate your tailbone downwards into the proper position. afterwards, you can focus on the rest of your posture in your upper back. get strong at back extensions and cable crunches.

>>77475402requires stretching.if you're working out already there isn't anything you can do muscle wise because you'll just continue to compensate as you have been for decades now.You have to stretch the countermuscles enough to allow the muscle/tendon tissues to modulate themselves. as you continue to workout they will further modulate themselves until they eventually compact themselves with enough tension to not cause issues anymore.takes about 9 months, that is 9 months of regular stimulation to the tissue stretched.that's how long it takes the stem cells to completely modulate collagen based mass.>stem cell is stimulated adds glycine molecule, over weeks modulates by adding proline/hydroxyproline molecule>modulates again by removing any molecule in the helix chain and reapplying further glycine molecule process starts againif you apply over 4 minutes of direct TOT on a weekly basis, you can probably cut that 9 months to 6. has diminishing returns.
>>77475574>words words words words wordsjust incline walkyou don't need any gay stretches
>>77475581>bro just incline walk while you already have compensation issues making those issues worstyou jeets really see physics in a different light don't you.
>>77475591>you jeetsI'm whiter than you guaranteed (Fitzpatrick I)and I fixed my APT by... incline walkingwithout any of that jewish soience babble
>>77475402Weighted planks (like 50kg minimum) to strenghten the anterior chain + relaxation/deactivation of posterior chain

>>77475402I believe mine was caused early in HS by doing tons of sumo deadlifts with an extended(opposite of rounded) back posture. Was able to fix it with doing hyperextensions, deadlifts(sumo, conventional and trap bar) with a strict neutral spine. While I didn't have a weak core issue a lot of people's anterior pelvic tilt comes from a weak abdomenal core. Work on both and it can be fixed. It's as important on the lower body as retracting your scapula is to your upper body.
>>77475707in case someone is retarded enough to fall for that don't do this
>>77475402it will never truly get "fixed" if you are going back to a lifestyle that caused it in the first placeyou can do all the stretches you want and it will just go back to being tilted in an houryou have to change your lifestyle and stop sitting so much learn to do vacuums and activate your TVA with that said how come any time i see picture of people from undeveloped places, indigenous people, cavemen, etc they all have APT? is it really all that bad?
>>77475707I've seen enough videos where the weight slips and crushes people's fingers to know this is complete bullshit.
>>77475402Literally just stand up sometimes *rolls eyes*
>>77475402There's no amount of exercise and stretching that can undo 16 hours of sitting on your arse all day. I had APT, then I got a job that required being on my feet all day and it went away, then I got a desk job and it came back.
