i would only use this for bench to just stop all the pressure from heavy lifting applied directly to median nerve.
odds are you're a jeet who can't lift enough to justify these.

thick grip is a cheat code to grip strength

I've been dealing with de Quervain tenosynovitis since I listened to that AthleanX faggots advice about bicep curls. I don't usually fall for influencer slop, but his argument still holds together logically, despite pretty much all comments saying "rip wrists". I use a generic version of these for a few things, mostly skull crushers and hammer curls, it helps a lot with this stupid fucking condition.
>>
I actually just bought a pair of these because my wrists are shot doing hammer and bicep curls. I am still new to consistently working out and just went up to 30 on the hammers and 25 on the bicep curls and my wrists loudly started protesting with intense pain during and after. One of the solutions I heard about was these things so I will give it a shot.

I saw someone mention these the other day. I cut up a 2" PVC pipe I had lying around and put them on my barbell and have one for my dumbbells.
After some straight bar curls, hammer curls, and bench, I swear I felt a little thicker. I'm still sore from skullcrushers.

I was surprised that even Olympic bars are around 1.25".
>>
>>77476512
Oly bars are not thick whatsoever
>>
>>77475479
I own the blue ones they dont fit my dumbbells so they kinda suck ass on hammer curls.
>>
The proper way to use these is to do dedicated sets where you do nothing but hold onto the barbell or hang from a bar. Just adding them onto other exercises makes those exercises worse while not fully stimulating your forearms.

I must be some kind of visionary or prophet, man
How did i even know it ?

I used my homemade 2" grips for barbell curls today. It was a little difficult as they moved a bit and don't grip the bar allowing it to spin. Even with all that, my forearms were burning by my third set and for a few hours after.

Are you the same guy that paid for WinRAR? If so, thank you for your service.
