185 is a respectable bench

Kg? Sure

If you can rep it 10 times your orm is near 250 if you take a couple weeks to practice for it.

I'm 168 and i can only bench 185 for 12 reps, how bad is it?

Do it fat boy, put in the work for once in your life. Orms are 90% practice 10% finding a spotter strong enough.

You can't estimate a 1rm with 10 reps
>spotter
lmao

You can I've done it multiple times, it's off at most 5%.
Your nerves are just lazy because you don't take it anywhere near those thresholds often it's why it takes about two weeks to get back there.
