Guys I'm sick! Lifting will make it take longer to recover
What can I do over the next 36 hours until I feel good

Send someone to a head shop for you. Get some kratom and some weed gummies. Take a tiny dose of the weed gummy like 5 mg. Then get yourself 2 tablespoons of a red kratom and mix it into camomille tea. Then you are going to want to find some comforting familiar content on youtube. Maybe see if you can find the original zyzz videos. Watch that while you also drink a yellow gatorade and eat pringles. Get your mom or gf to make you some soup if thats possible.

I do not fear getting sick

Visualize you're training,I read this in Baki

Do your workout at half its usual intensity. This might actually help you recover. Then eat a hot meal, lots of water and sleep for like 10 hours if possible.

Resting is also part of fitness. Spend that time in introspection or learning to let go of the need to push yourself
