Nobody has ever gotten muscular with 5 fucking reps

Like per set or for the whole workout?

Spread across your entire life. 1 rep to beyond failure with a decade rest in-between
>>

>op has never lifted heavy
>>

Yes they do. In fact studies show the whole "8-12 reps for hypertrophy" meme is bullshit and 3-5 reps produces just as much hypertrophy AND more strength gains. The only downside is longer time spent between sets.
>>
>>77479850
Is the volume of reps the same ie 3x10 reps vs 6x5?
>>
>>77479850
>studies show
Oh my sc*ence!
>>
>>77479850
Is that summa dats (smacks lips) (skims a journal article about recruiting 8 untrained undergraduates, training them for 3 weeks, and concluding that they got stronger) evidence-based lifting

Exercise "science" is a fucking joke. It is probably the biggest candidate for academic misconduct these people don't know anything they're just trying to shit out white papers.

Actually you can. Follow the model and don’t overeat checking always your macros.
Lifting ain’t all about raising heavy ass stuff from the floor.

>Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but faggot OP don't want to lift no heavy ass weight!

Most people getting a college of science degree can’t even do an experiment right. Evidenced by lab classes. So you trust athletes taking classes just because they have to and then not making it professionally so they go back for PhD so they can teach other athletes to do a proper experiment?

This. I did this once a month ago and I gained 50 lbs of muscle already. I'm still growing. By the end of this month I will have gained at least 70 lbs.
