>>
>1lbs minced lean meat
>cooked kidney beans ( no canned beans)
>optional corn
>a spoon of sour cream

>>
>cook chicken breast at 185F

Light sour cream can be used to dilute ranch or Cesar for a salad or salad wrap that isn't dry as fuck. Hell you can add pickles to it too if it's not as vinegar rich or briney as you like.

Always loved salads on a cut always hated having to watch the dressing

Can of tuna with buffalo sauce and a spoon of nonfat plain Greek yogurt and some slice carrots or celery. Slice your own vegetables don’t buy the expensive precut crap. It makes sure you really want to eat if you have to do prep work too.

Actually ribs and pulled pork is top tier especially if you make your own bbq and is great for adding variety and having easily repeatable food for easy gains. For me I choose between lemon and vinegar and like as spicy as cayenne can get it but often go for more of a daily bbq sauce or have a rub and a separate one for using to cook vs use as a condiment. I like cumin heavy dry rubs and spicier more brown sugar heavy sauce shits fuckin nice you can add it to while roasted chickens or burgers every once in a while.

If you're cutting just eat less lmao. You dont have to give up delicious food, just excessive amounts of it

i have to eat 2.4g of protein and at least 0.5g of fats per bodyweight kg. I love cheeseburgers and pizza and bread and cheese cream. I would never be able to hit my macros if i ate less of the garbage I usually eat, garbage such as cheeseburgers, creamcheese on bread of pizza or pasta and sauce

>„grams“. Bro I trust you. Will try it at the weekend.
could rephrase it to equal parts of lettuce and tomatoes plus cream cheese of your choice.
I pick picrel because it has low fat content for cream cheese, 12g fat per 100g

word of advice, don't buy blindly freeze dried or frozen fruits. Origin is usually china or egypt, where they use pesticides such as oxamyl that are banned in other countries.
>>
>milk or water
>oats
>protein powder

oats by themselves are hard to eat every day but when you add a bit of protein powder just for flavor it becomes a delicious breakfast meal.

if you wanna get away from artificial sweeteners, blend milk with whatever fruits you have. Usually i blend a small banana.

I bought a moka pot and I make myself decaf coffee 1-3 times a day. Decaf was shown to reduce hunger cravings even more than caf in a recent study.

Lots of options
>Americano
>Latte (ish)
> You can even froth instant whey into some milk for protein

One of my favorite things to eat, which I make every other week:
1 can of black beans
1 can of refried beans
2lbs of ground pork
1 sweet onion
1 red bell pepper
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 tub of low-fat cottage cheese
Little bit of extra water

Cook as much fat out of the pork as you can/want to, dice the onion and bell pepper, then dump everything in the slow cooker for 2 hours. There are easy modifications to this for calorie/fiber adjustments. I get 5 meals out of it. Luv it.

As far as meals go, I forgot to add my breakfast. Every day for breakfast I have 0% fat plain greek yogurt, a scoop of unflavored whey, 20g pbfit, and 10g honey.

>350 kcal
>50g protein

Honestly it depends. The inner part of the can is covered in a thin layer of epoxy, every can is even a coca cola can and that epoxy is considered 'food save' but it's a derivate of Bisphenol which may act as a hormone disrupter.
It affects me in the worst way possible. Whenever I eat canned food or certain sweeteners I lose my libido and ability to climax for 1-2 weeks.
But like i said, it depends on the individual.

>>

While many cans are epoxy-coated, not all are BPA-containing; ack-shilly over 90% of food/beverage can coatings in the U.S. now at least claim to be BPA-free.

Yes they are BPA free. instead of BPA they use derivates such as BPB BPC BPF, there went through half the alphabet. on paper they are fine but my dick doesnt lie, I know when food has touched it.

I just don't want to eat the same thing every day. healthy food sucks, i only eat it because i have to. god forbid i make it a bit more palatable

Korean flavored ground beef

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef 90% lean
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup reduced-sodium onions sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups hot cooked white or brown rice
sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet cook the ground beef and garlic breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the grease.

In a small bowl whisk brown sugar, onions sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes and pepper. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another minute or two.

Serve over hot rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Depending on your macro needs you can sub out white rice for brown rice, buckwheat, or the protein pasta. Or just throw beans in there and eat it with beanz. Or you can cut out the brown sugar entirely from the recipe. Anyway it's pretty good.

>>
>cottage cheese
>2 garlic cloves
>roasted red peppers
>season salt, onion powder,herbs

Put in food processor and you have a sauce you can dump all over chicken or use as dip. You can make any dip with cottage cheese really. Another good one is a packet of onion soup and cottage cheese. Amazing shit

1lb beef/ground sausage, one Zatarain's dirty rice/jambalaya/red beans and rice, one onion. Substitute butter for oil. One pot. Brown the meat first, then add rice water butter, 25 minutes. Huge bowl of food, reasonable calorie count. Good OMAD. Tasty because heavily spiced.

>>
>speck
>2 scrambled eggs
>100g of rice
>salt and pepper

I can eat this every day, and frequently I do.
takes 10 minutes to prepare in the morning while I drink my coffee (the rice is already cooked and kept in the fridge, weight cooked), every time I have to eat at work I bring this.

>200-300g of minced meat
>100g of rice
>1 can of canned beans
>paprika
>tomato sauce
>add some minced onions if you feel like it

really high protein, supremely tasty, filling
eat this several times a week
>>
>>77482820
>the rice is already cooked and kept in the fridge
how long does it last this way? And how do you cook it?
>>
>>77482824
lasts quite a few days, altho after 4 or so you can start to taste that it's not fresh
but it's way too convenient this way
>>
>>77482837
yeah having cooked rice on the ready would come in handy since you can mix it with just about anything
>>
>>77482943
get a rice cooker man and prepare enough for the day or next day. dump everything in the pot and let it cook
>>
>>77483004
I think I will, kinda annoyed at the idea of getting another appliance but I'm starting to think that those asisans are onto something with this shit
