>21% of men currently have a gym membershiphow come only like 3-4% of guys actually have a good body if this is the case?
It's almost like you have to actually work out consistently, progressive overload and maintain a good diet. Wild.
>>77479985Twinks always skip latdayWhy?
>>77479985>roiding for this
>>77479995his lats arent bad
Because going to the gym is not equivalent to become muscular. You have to do things properly, be consistent and have good genetics.
>>77479985i own a bunch of sketchbooks and yet for some reason i'm not good at drawing, what gives?
>>77479985Have you been to the gym? I get now why so many anons here are posting about how they're going to the gym and still not getting any mires. The overwhelming majority of them just go through the motions. Just absolute weaklings. I find them contemptible
>>77479985They likely don't workout enough and still have a shitty diet or drink on the weekend.
>>77479985Most guy that hit the gym spend more time on their phones than working out
>>77479985Are gyms even worth it? Do people ever socialize?
>>77480248Who would go to a gym to socialise?
>>77480322Gyms are a place of community for many people
>>77480332literally everyone is busy with their workout and almost every has headphones on
>>77480248Yeah the old people love talking especially in the locker room
>>77480423I say hi to people and there's this one guy I will chat with when we see eachother
>>77480040Yea i barely work out and my lats shit on him
>>77480443Why does everyone looks so fucking soft and feminine face wiseIll take my caveman face over that shit anyday>married with kidsI couldn't give a fuck less about worrying about pulling bitches
>>77479985Gym is, for most, just barely enough to offset the sedentarism of modern life. The 79% that don't go to the gym are obese. Modernity is dystopian.
>>77480499So you're saying most guys who go to the gym are not eating enough and are not tracking their workouts?I feel like most guys at my gym do focus on their diet too, and do track their workouts.
>>77480504yes
the proportion of people that have gym memberships and a good body are probaby similar to the proportion of people that dont have a gym membership and a good body
>>77479985Pic not related I hope?
>>77479985You'd know if you worked out at a gym. Seriously though, most people go to the gym as a mental break from work, to be active, maybe chat with a gym buddy here and there, feel a little better after their workout, and overall, they just want to maintain a certain level of fitness, more so than to build muscle or get ripped. I have friends that have been going to the gym for 15 years. They look better than average but they never wanted to be jacked, never wanted to learn a lift. In a way, it's kind of a waste of time, as they never build an impressive physique, but highly efficient, too, because they don't really have to put in any effort and get most benefits from it.
>>77479985It isn't easy to start getting good progress
>>77479985>goodI want to have literal sickening muscle mass
