Will going into full ketosis for a few months reduce me manboobs? I feel like they are a turn-off for women when I take off me shirt.

What ever you do. Don't just try it. Research it for weeks on a Finnish cartoon website.

yes, ketosis reduces fat deposits.

as soon as off ketosis, eating sugar again flares back up those boobs.

Enjoy.

Is it hard, glandular tissue? Or is it just soft fat? If it's soft, fatty tissue, then yes, so long as you are consuming fewer calories than you expend. Keto is a good way to maintain a caloric deficit as high-fat, high-protein foods are generally quite satiating and removal of carbs tends to also reduce hunger a bit.
If the first, no, but weight loss may make it less prominent/noticeable, but it will require surgical removal if you've had it longer than a few weeks or months. If it's new, you could possibly reduce or remove it with topical DHT cream and/or aromatase inhibitors.

The insulin spikes caused by dietary carbs make your body retain a lot of water, and a lot of that flabbiness is often mistaken for body fat.
It's one of the main reasons people can get ripped on a ketogenic diet or with frequent fasting in ways that are almost impossible with a mainstream carb-heavy diet.

It takes willpower to quit the carbs and be consistent with it, but it's definitely worth it. Most keto haters are people who simply don't have the willpower to do it.

Yes. And yes, nobody should be eating the sugar we eat these days. It's everywhere.

>Keto does cico. Better get some surgery
OP it is important you get off of here and away from midwits like this clown. Go do it for a year then come back if you want. A lifestyle change is going to be hard enough without moron faggots giving you bad intel.
