eat more, sleep more, switch to dumbbells for a while if necessary and try again.
never give up

Apart from the obvious "eat more", learn how to use leg drive and work on technique: Your hand size, shape and finger length can make a big difference in how you should set up your grip so the bar sits in the right spot. For some, a standard grip is best, others prefer bulldog grip with internal rotation, I actually prefer external rotation. You want to find a grip where the bar sits on a stable shelf near the base of your palm. For me, that makes a 10lb difference easily.

Fuck bench press honestly bro. I got my OHP to 70 kg and bicep curls to 25 kg before I got 2pl8 bench. Decided to ditch that shit and switch to weighted dips. Chest got bigger, don't miss the bench press lol.

I'm fat and need to lose weight
>>

In that case, I'm assuming you're in a calorie deficit, and I wouldn't push for max strength progression, instead, I'd focus even more on technique and increase volume.
>>

if you're at a calorie deficit you're not going to go up in strength for now. that's just life.
add some cardio to your routine as well to speed up the weight loss

Do push ups
Or add 5lbs of weight
Or eat a calorie deficit, but only protein

>leg drive

You didn’t actually lift the weight

>learn how to use leg drive

also bounce it off the chest and have a spotter lift up half the weight.

And don't forget to arch!

the range of motion shouldn't exceed two inches

try negative reps
increase the time held
>>
>>77481225
How the fuck do I do negative reps? 0 reps is not working out
>>
>>77481980
start with the bar up and focus on the lowering of the weight, or get assistance. Arthur jones style, they made a fat guy who could 0 pullups do negatives and when he came back he could do a few. are you using the 2pound/1kg plates?
>>
>>77481980
1. Have a spotter
2. Lower the weight
3. The weight is too much for you, so the spotter helps you lift it
This is a negative rep
