Anyone else here uses sleep masks?Just got a silk 3d eyes one and i sleep very well with it
I've worked night shift for a tiny bit period of my life and bought some cheap sleep mask from amazon, it didn't really made me sleep like at night but i went from sleeping from 8am to 12pm to at least push it to 3pm
