>Quarter Pounder from McDonald's>Only 520 calories with 30g of protein>Easily one of the best fast food burgersIs it /fit/ approved?
tastes significantly worse than a burger I can cook myself with minimum effort, plus I can ensure some stinky little troll didn't touch it/have a tastier bunit's weird how its so bland, it's supposed to be actual beef
all the preservatives and chemicals that go into creating this “food” is unnatural and will kill you.please read about ultra processed foods and why it is bad for you.please stick to natural whole foods with which our bodies have evolved with (actual meats, actual begetables, actual fruits)
>>77482128The problem.... I can eat about 10 of those in 1 sitting. I wont feel full otherwise.
They take too long to cook them at the nearby McDonalds and make me pull forward in the drive thru
>>77482128>trying to resist going on a midnight drive to maccy's as i post this Fuck you OP
>>77482128Absolutely. The quarter pounder is actually the best fast food burger AND THAT’S ON PERIODT
>>77482128I'm sad I can only go up the 7 patties in a customized Big Mac
>>77482128>McDoubles posting>2011+15
>>77482181
>>77482180>they call it the McDouble>it Mc freakin' Doubles in price>1013*2Checks out.
>>77482128>520 calories with 30g of proteinIs that supposed to be good? A burger I make at home has the same protein but less calories, and like a third of the cost. McDoubles are no better.
>>77482128I can make my own better and cheaper.
>>77482131This guy makes bad burgers btw
>>77482229>>77482222These guys also make nasty dry burgers
>>77482245Yeah well you're not wrong but it's no worse than slop from mcdonald's.
>Back in College I would bulk by buying 3 or 4 mcdoubles>Was only like 7 dollars>Post Covid that shit costs 13 dollars There's no point in getting fast food for even a cheap bulk anymore
>>77482132McD is actually has one of the best fast food ingredients in the market. the cheese no longer contains sorbic acid, if that was bad, and the bun has no more preservatives than bimbo white bread. the only downside is the amount of fat.
>>77482250Mcdolans sloppa is at least consistent. Some tard was in here was schizzing out over preservatives and chemicals though the burgers ingredients are pretty straightforward. The price though has gotten nuts it's no longer anywhere worth it unlike the mcgangbang days
>>77482131>it's supposed to be actual beefsure thing anon
>>77482128How come I can never make a homemade burger as tasty as a Big Mac, I'd eat 5-6 of those in one sitting if I had the money, they're so tiny now
90/10 beef for a quarter pound is 200 calories and 22g protein. You really should use 80/20 for a burger but I only buy 90/10. A bun is 160 calories. Use 0.6-0.7 oz real cheese for 70 calories 5g protein. So your base cheeseburger is 430 calories and 27g protein. Don’t count wheat protein from bun like McDs does. For you idiots whose mommy’s were too busy fucking the neighbor instead of teaching you basic life skills, you season beef with salt pepper and garlic and/or onion powder. Cook on a grill to let fat drop through and get a good char, or use a meat weight if cooking on the stove to maintain contact and get a good crust. Cook on a medium high heat or a hot grill. Use a meat thermometer. Toast the bun lightly. Make your patties big so when they shrink up they match the bun size. I mean if you’re American and cook a good home burger than you and your parents should be deported.
>>77482462I mean if you’re American and CAN’T cook a good home burger, you and your family should get deported.
>>77482132>read about it brookay, what specifically should I read>haha pleb, I'm find it yourselfokay, here are papers saying processed foods are fine>reeeeeee not like that
>>77482140You gotta get a small order of fries. Not remotely healthy but there's like five fries in a small order so it won't kill you either. A little extra salt and grease triggers those feelings of satiety
>>77482131They officially add onions to beef patties. Not even trying to hide it.
>>77482254You can still get food without paying out the ass from McD by using their app. But you gotta get whatever is available as a deal instead of what you wanted.
>>77482489what
>>77482180>2011+15
>>77482253And all those chemicals that trick you into thinking you are hungry again an hour after eating it, thus making you spend more money
Fuck no
No thanks
>>77482128>120 calories of protein>300 of smpry carbs and greaseYeah for sure
>>77482706Could you please name those chemicals?
>>77482128Last time i got a big mac it was real fucked uo and the fries sucked the last few times until i got a basket
Can't believe am seeing this unholy thread on a board dedicated to health and fitness.I see now why they removed the "health" on /fit/
