Why would you spend more time in the gym for the same or inferior gains?
>>77482723If you’ve been lifting for 5 or more years, you need a lot of rest days between sessions to make progress. 2 days a week is all you need at that stage
>>77482735its actually the opposite. noobs need a lot of rest. people who have been training a long time are extremely conditioned and dont need to rest as much.
>>77482743No you dyel
Two posts in and we're already on "I'm right" vs "No I'm right". Quality discourse as ever.
full body is just based. i could never just go in and do a few muscles
>>77482743No, when you are new you lift lighter weights with smaller muscles, when you are experience you lift heavier weights with bigger muscles, and these bigger muscles take longer to repair, and pushes for PRs require a recovery period beforehand where you lift lighter to prepare.
>>77482723I do full body 3 times a week
>>77482723You spend less hours per day in the gym if you go more frequently dumbass. My ppl only takes me 45 mins per session
>>77483001Have you included travel time to and from the gym
