Ok so I just picked up a long barbell off the road along with 2 15kg plates (it doesn't look olympic and can fit regular adjustable dumbell weights which I already have.

How can I incorporate this if the only other equipment I have is a pull-up/dip station and dumbells

I just alternate with pulling days (various pull up grips + db rows/shrugs) and pushing days (dips, db shoulder press, pushups) then end each session with bodyweight squats

it will make a decent dildo if you're into that stuff, otherwise it's useless

You should return it if you can and get a proper barbell

Just do regular barbell stuff like deadlifts, rows and overhead press. Bench is useless so you can ignore it.

I too have a standard bar and 180lb plts love the rusty thing. My routine is this.

Day 1
Squats
Dip
Pendlay row

Day 2
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Overhead press
Chinup

I thought about picking up one of those bars since they're cheap, putting all the weights on one end, and using it for swings like an indian club. Might require cutting on of the threaded ends off, but oh well. Found one locally with around 50lbs of weights for $15 once but was too lazy to guy buy it lol. Such is life.

its fine, use it, but from now on just buy olympic plates, if they move too much you can sandwich them between small 1" plates or the clips/collars, use your imagination.
In the future if you get a new barbell you can get an olympic bar and your weights will be compatible.
