>>77486117i've never tried it with a stone but i have done it with a sandbag before. i'm too afraid of breaking the stones to throw them, since i come back to them from time to time. you're probably referring to scotland. there are lifting stones in a lot of places though: iceland, ireland, england, canada, murica, japan, pretty much all over europe. they're historical stones that have been lifted for centuries and have a documented history. i know in canada and america they don't have that history but some strongmen have found nice random stones and started their own collections in national parks for anyone to lift. i'd love to visit those some day.
