/fit/izens I turn 30 in less than a month and it's honestly kind of scary. I want to try and preserve my youth as much as possible but I don't like chemicals and unnatural shit. At the moment the only thing I use is moisturiser. Any recs for me?

imagine putting all that shit on your skin and thinking it's ok
>>
>>77484824
There is mineral sunscreen and bakuchiol as a supposed retinoid alternative if that's what you mean.
>>
Eat animal fat and get enough sunlight, that's it

>I turn 30 in less than a month and it's honestly kind of scary
why?

What about for brown skin?

She appears to be putting all that shit on photographs, for reasons that are not immediately apparent.

Scared of getting old. (I am aware that 30 is really not that old despite what the fearmongering would have you believe, but it's still hitting me a bit.)
>>
>>77484945
lol u think making urself look younger will make u younger? Know what really makes u old? U don’t have the shared cultural experiences of youth. U will always have more experience and wisdom than them. U will eventually stop fitting in no matter how young u look.
>>
>>77484948
I don't care I want to look as young as I can for as long as I can.
>>
>>77484825
None of this OTC stuff works. If it’s not prescription it does nothing.

i thought you were a 40 year old trooned out wog?

nothing, and I mean nothing, will age you faster or worse than stress OP. Nothing. Live cool.

You are going to be a lot happier and look a lot better if you just give up on the notion of preserving your youth and instead try to just be as healthy as possible and look as good as possible for your age. I know its bascially the same thing but your mental framing of it will make a big difference.

As an old fag I look younger and better than the vast majority of other fags my age. But if I compare myself to 22 yo zoomie looksmaxxers I am gonna be very sad.
>>
>>77484824
32 year old underage anon here
Yes. Moisturizer is good. Preferably a quality one or one that is all natural.
Drink lots of water, don't smoke, don't drink, and exercise.
Dermatologists say you should wear sunscreen everyday even if overcast but honestly I don't. But, just be vigilant of sun exposure. Don't get more than you need and if you know you'll get a lot like beach or a hike wear sunscreen.
>>
>>77484824
>>77485446
Oh I shit you not btw I make my own skin moisturizer. It's not difficult. Just need the ingredients, a pot and a pan, an immersion blender and a jar to store it in.
>>
>>77484825
Ive noticed the people who do all this cope shit just look their age
>>
>>77484948
>U will always have more experience and wisdom than them
Not the kind of experience or wisdom that would benefit them tho, since the goalposts move with every new generation
>>
>>77484824
start 15g of glycine daily. if your diet is bad fix it. get enough sleep and don't get addicted to drugs or alcohol.
>>
>>77485451
That stuff helps your skin look better but it won't make up for drugs/boozing/smoking and not sleeping/being a stressed out wreck/not wearing sunscreen.

the people who do sunscreen/tret/moisturizer just look like this at 50

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyOHi4PwpCs

You still have the laxity, the descending, and you still look old and shit. None of these are stopping the internal breakdown

Stop being a pussy 30 is unironically still very young now.
The best things you can do for babyfacemaxxing is to stay lean, eat mostly whole foods, drink lots of water (very important), and don't smoke or do drugs or drink alcohol.
Everything else is diminishing returns.

Going over 20% bodyfat is generally bad for looxmacksing purposes, but so is going under 10%. PICREL.
>>
>>77485449
A quality moisturizer is cheap. Just the basic cerave one with spf is enough for most people.
>>
>>77485512
Retanoid and SPF is worth it. White people age like shit without it
>>
>>77485482
At 50 that skin is not retracting back in, no matter how much weight is lost. But even if she maintained her weight her entire youth and never expanded her skin, is it really possible to look 10+ years younger at 50? Even oscar patels mom, who claims to have lived super healthy looks pretty much exactly her age

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOd6sjC_ulU
>>
>>77485543
Moisurising just helps your face look good now. It's doubtful whether or not they do anything to help aging. Better to look healthy and vibrant and older than younger but with some imbalance where you don't look quite right.
>>
>>77485575
Either way you're rolling the dice with genetics might as well try and have good looking skin
>>
>>77485585
yeah it's not going to keep your fatpads in place, or prevent the breakdown of the ecm. There's really nothing that seems to save your elastin either

Now why the fatpads suddenly start descending and disspiating after like 26 is a mystery i havent really gotten any answer for. Is it some signal the body suddenly sends (after your reproductive viability is done) or what
>>
>>77485547
retanoid yes
SPF only if you go outside, so not necessary for /fit/
>>
>>77485543
Ehh it still has preservatives that have been shown to not be good. It's like buying food vs making your own. You can control the quality.
>>77485585
Long-term use has been shown to have benefits though
>>
>>77484824
Setup
>red light filter across your screen devices
>replace your home lights with non-blue light dominant alternatives
>semen retention and no toxic product use, no toxic food consumption, no alcohol/drugs/ciggies etc during detox
>replace your wardrobe with hippie shit you can be sure has minimal pesticide residue like merino wool
>filter ALL OF YOUR WATER, at the very least, you must filter your showerhead and drink bottled mineral watter
>silk/satin for bedding
>remove any unnecessary life stress (low cortisol maxxing)
>red light panels at your desk or wherever you spend the most time

Daily routine
>Ice bowl cold exposure after waking up (like the meme), exfoliate, dry with face towel, apply a natural skincare serum
>get 30min-1hr of sun exposure on as much surface area of your body possible without being imprisoned by law enforcement, consume a healthy diet with lots of fatty meat and organs and consume a hefty supp stack, which should be taken with animal fats like beef tallow or butter for absorption
>Consume fermented foods like kefir etc for their gut biome benefits
>apply a nighttime serum
>literally pray for better skin before bed (I'm not kidding)

Weekly routine
>derma stamp your face and apply a skin mask once a week
>go to the sauna and sweat like a pig for at least 30min, which is a great way to excrete toxins, make sure to wipe it down with a towel or rinse in the shower afterward. Can be done more than once a week, I wish my gym had one
>>
>>77485787

>semen retention

You have an autism tell, fella
>>
>>77485787
>drink bottled mineral watter
this will get expensive af. How do you find time to make money (or mess with women) in between all this meticulous shit
>>
>>77485794
Or supplement the micronutrients that you are pissing away in ejaculate, it's really not my business, I guess I should have said to simply account for nutrient losses in semen. Sorry if I rekindled some PTSD from arguing with nofap retards

>>77485824
OP is 30 not 20
Just think of it like a diet coke in the mcdonald's drive-thru or something. Poorfags eat like $20 of mcdonalds every day. Either that or get a reverse osmosis filter and remineralize it. You want to throw everything at the wall and see what sticks during a detox period, if you're just accepting the shit in the tapwater then you don't know if that's a bottleneck. Getting a supp stack together from scratch, red light lamps, all the bullshit etc will be significantly more expensive especially with 2026 prices.
>How do you find time to make money
OP is thirty and therefore has a millennial laptop job, he will be fine
>(or mess with women)
High cortisol is not advisable for skin health

This is also not meticulous, this is a fundamental outline not anymore complicated than whatever workout routine you already follow.
>>
>>77485843
>(or mess with women)
>High cortisol is not advisable for skin health

guys like you end up self improving for nothing. Self improving for your death, just getting older and older...
>>
>>77485873
Sometimes in life you focus down on one specific thing for a season or two and OP asked for skincare advice.

When cutting weight for instance you might offend the sensibilities of the women around you who all have their own general population ideas about what is or isn't an eating disorder. But cutting isn't your whole life, it's just a few weeks of mild palatal abstinence at most.

And anyway, better to live in a small corner on the roof than to share the house with a woman who is always arguing. Better to live alone in the desert than with a quick-tempered wife who loves to argue.
>>
>>77485787
Kill yourself. I'm not being hyperbolic. Just end it at this point. You're a waste of oxygen.

Ok will do I was just setting out to answer OP's request for recs. I was on my way to the kms factory anyway and my remains will fertilize my snake plant farm. Btw OP, you should get one of these, they do well pretty much anywhere and are like little carbon filters. I have a bunch of them in my living room and they noticeably improve the air quality

"Natural" looksmaxxing is a fucking meme. The only things that actually work for anti-aging in a way that will be visually noticable are retinol, dutasteride, sunscreen, and botox.
>>
>>77485915

would you recommend antiandrogens (spiro, dutasteride, etc) or estradiol (valerate, enthanate, etc) for maintaining skin tightness and integrity all across your body?

sort out your gut. good gut health = good skin and good aging. you can cover a lot of sins if you poop well and have a healthy gut.

35 here don't bother you enter dadbod mode and girls of all ages will flock to you
I got lucky and look like a baby if I shave my beard so I keep it with a tinge of gray
>>
I'm in my later 30s. The other day some woman approached me, starting out with something about seeing another 30 something.
I was like "I've been found out."
Though I was outside in the heat and humidity, hadn't shaved in a week, and didn't style my hair.
>>
>>77487503
why would seeing another 30 something be a reason to start talking to you? Were you guys in a skating rink?

and was she single or a mom
>>
>>77487563
It was in our neighborhood and probably seeing someone younger got her to talk to me. Most people in the area are older, in their 60s, and not many if them are outside in the heat. Didn't get to talk that long, but we're both going to the same college.

The only facial skincare you need is
>cleanser (natural pH soap)
>moisturizer (hydrates skin, strengthens stratum)

>retinoid (speeds cell turnover, boosts collagen)
everything else is a meme to scam women

I would add sunken eyes and dark circles creams but nothing works. So other than more specific treatments like for dermatitis or acne, these are the only things worth using. Everything else is a scam or effeminate.
