Does anyone have evidence of how bad the sneed oils are for your health?

I reject the claims made by the WHO, large pharma/food corps and any other arm of the legion of the antiChrist.

It’s literally free for you if you want to avoid them for a month and see if you notice any difference retard

The issue is the label doesn't tell you when they are selling you industrial sludge with added preservatives.
So yes it can be terrible for you even if the original plant it came from is healthy.

AntiChrist shills are hard at work today. I'm genuinely curious as to how much Moderna pays you to make posts on here? Do they pay you in rupees?

Ethanol interaction toxicology; otherwise it's pretty much schizo.

I'm not a no-seed-oil schizo, but I have two legitimate reasons why I try to minimise them in my diet.

>1. Trans fats
The biggest sources of sneed oils are fried foods. Frying the same oil for only one hour starts to turn some of it into trans fats. And your local fast food restaurant is changing their oil once a week, if you're lucky. If you can cut anything out of your life after sugar, fried food is a great second step.
>2. Omega 6
There are two main kinds of polyunsaturated fats - omega 3 and omega 6. Both are important, where omega 3 is anti-inflammatory and omega 6 is inflammatory. Inflammation can be good, because it can help wound healing etc, but too much leads to chronic inflammation, which is bad. Seed oils are almost entirely omega 6, and they're such a big part of modern diets that we usually have too much in relation to our omega 3. It's difficult to add enough omega 3 to get back to a healthy ratio, so it's also a good idea to reduce your omega 6. I avoid things like peanuts and almonds for the same reason I avoid seed oils.
