One hard set a yearThat's all it takes
>>77486811Do dozens of easy sets throughout the day. Don't take any to failure. Don't allow time for recovery. Do this 7 days a week.
>>77486818Why?
>>77486825gains
>>7748681810% of 1rm, 90% in the tank, every day!
>>77486818I do two exercises per day, spread out my whole workout.
i go once every 5-14 days whenever i feel like it and I PR every timei only do 5 lifts thats all i care about
>>77486811If you don't lift at least once a month your gains build up from the past however long and you might defecate in your pants once the gains hit thank me later.
>>77486818If I never finish the set can I edge my gains to get 90% but times however many sets I do?
>>77487572Yeah so once you hit 95% your nuts stops producing muscle serum and you have to find other sources before it takes all of your muscle and turns it into fat. The last rep being to failure reverses this effect but the cortisol from subsequent sets are gonna just melt muscle away.
>>77486811One massive dose of steroids every day is all it takes.
>>77486811>one hard set a yearhaha that's basically cardioI just think about lifting the weights
>>77486811He trained 3-4 per week with a decent routine for his entire career when he was competing The whole 1 set 7 days rest meme is just after he went completely off rail with roids and meth of course lazy fags on the internet took it as the verb and never investigated further
>>77486811wtf is there a black man hiding in his right sleeve?
>>77487679He also did a shit ton of intense "warmup" sets prior to his single top set
>>77486811>>77486818>>77487570My workouts of 15 sets usually take me 1.45-2hrs to complete, mostly because I game and cook whilst doing it- unironically, how much is this affecting my gains?>>77487689They weren't uncommon up his wizards-sleeve either, if ya know what I mean ;)
>>77486818I used to do this with pressups. Dozens of easy sets randomly all throughout the day. Just 10 or 15 reps. Made mega pressup gains to be fair.
>>77487679>He trained 3-4 per week with a decent routine for his entire career when he was competing>The whole 1 set 7 days rest meme is just after he went completely off rail with roids and methHe was on every steroid available at the time. The whole>but he trained differently for his own competitionsargument is moot, when his post bodybuilding career was focused on creating effective training programs for average people, not competitive bodybuilders.Heavy Duty is the only reliable program that works for everyone.
>>77488475>He was on every steroid available at the time.Everyone was on steroid at the time
>>77486811whoa, that would overtraining
>>77487567smart guy right here unironically
>>77487567>doesn't post numbersYou felt enough shame not to lie on the internet.
