https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OP8FI1TXK8Does anyone hit a muscle group every day or ever other day instead of every third day like normal? Does it actually give you faster gains or is this video bullshit? How much would it increase likelihood of injury?
>>77487280My policy is you're good to lift if it's not sore. So if you can find a way to not be sore lifting every other day do it
i did a differnt muscle group every other dayit works but joints, tendons take longer to heal so you can't over lift or lift heavier weights
God I hate noobs and their time wasting, irrelevant questions.
>>77487280Yes i doAny straight japanese east asian male porn actors to watch
>>77487736How is the frequency of training an irrelevant question to fitness or lifting?
>>77487280For women and skinny dudes maybe. The heavier and more muscular you are the more rest you need between sessions. Every day will mean very submaximal loads though.
>>77487928>>actual Medicine Doctor here. I have been seeing too much bullshit in this community lately. protein blablablah, muh squats , muh testosterone>>so much bullshit for real. did you study biochemistry? did you understand the role of the liver? have you taken exams on diabetes? have you managed the insulin dosing of a diabetic patient?>>you are all a bunch of medicine tryhard wannabes. get an education morons, and stop pretending you know anything because you found some bs article on the pubmed. you barely understand what an hormone, receptor, or feeddback loop actually is.>>i work in an European country, i treat hundreds of patients a year, I give diet recommendations and exercise. I only speak medicine with doctors. I dont allow wannabes get in my pants>>i attend clinical sessions focused on actual medical guidelines. what guidelines do you know? shut your mouth ignorants
>>77487947With all due respect that there actually seems irrelevant. You established a bunch of credibility but never used that credibility to say anything.
>>77487280For purely hypertrophy everything between 1.5-2 weekly frequency indistinguishable. Above 2 is about the same but with a higher injury rate below 1.5 is worse but not by a whole lot.
>>77487987Sauce?
>>77487990Idk whatever Lyle reads can't be asked to do that shit
>>77487280Hitting each muscle 3x atm with minimal volume per session. 1 push and 1 pull compound, 1 exercise for bi, tri and chest. Alternating abs and shoulders each workout. 1x a week I add squat or DL. Recovering from an U/L split which inevitably turns you into a T-rex. I've tried almost every split the last 10 years and this seems best.
>>77487280Joints/tendons around my arms started to hurt a lot and couldn't recover properly, taking more rest days is better long term
>>77488302Based Tyrone????
>>77488302so upper fullbody upper instead of removing the second lower day.what is your 1 push compound?
