>>77487519my dick. your poopoohole. do the math iykwim
>>77487527thats the kind of quality feedback i come here for
>>77487519Hips are too low, soft lockouts
>>77487536ty bro
>>77487538Np. Try not doing the hip dive before you pull. Get your hips set then push through your feet as you pull. Soft lockout could be weak glutes
>>77487519it's closer to a squat than a deadlift. not that it really matters, both are just made-up variants of the same shit.
Hips go a bit too low, makes sense if you havent deadlifted in a while your lower back is likely weaker than your other moosles.
only 3.5 plate? buddy come on now
>>77487735You correct this by moving the bar closer btw. You should have bar over about midfoot. A good guide is how far forward your knees are, they should be roughly flush with your arms. This is a stronger position and also one that focuses on your glutes and hammies more too.
>>77488029Oh also those hexagonal plates fucking suck, I know some gyms don't give you a choice but they are awful for deadlifts and make putting the bar down and repositioning it impossible. Most of the time, it helps to move the bar a little after setting down so the bar is back over midfoot. You can't do that with these shitty plates. I would unironically go to a different gym just over this.
>>77487519>>77487521How much are you lifting here? Looks like 365 lbs to me. Form looks good although you seem to roll the bar away from you very slightly between each rep. You also put your hips low each rep so you must be feeling a lot more leg drive and not as much on your lower back. Also good on you being able to do this no dl straps or a belt.
