It's like 75lb and I can pedal it without engine assist to like 10mph for about half a mile before I'm pooped, it's a great workout. Even with pedal assist 1(of 5) is a nice workout that still requires a decent amount of effort. I've been alternating between pedal assist 0 and 1 for HIIT and 30-45 minutes of that on a nearby trail is legit more tiring and satisfying than biking on the cheapie exercise bike I got in my garage. Ebikes are legit for exercise so long as you are putting in actually effort and not just cruising with the motor.
