>>77489969yeah stop walking with a gimp leg ya dunce.you haven't stretched properly in decades and now your bone passages have narrowed and stopped working.either actually stretch so it can potentially heal or fuck off.
>>77489975What kind of stretches do you recommend?
>>77489969Yeah. Waited it out and it went away
>>77489969It always goes away when I hit legs and comes back if I miss gym for some reason.
>>77489977
>>77489969Riding a bike has helped mine
>>77489975>>77490062This actually worked for me, too. I also always had a weird feeling like one leg was longer than the other. That can be a real condition but it turned out one side was just much tighter and it made me walk unevenly and constantly compressed some parts in my spine which irritated nerves. One more thing that helped was making shorter, natural strides. Overstriding causes your foot to land far ahead of your center of mass and your lower back to absorb the shock. If you walk a lot and experience back pain afterwards, make shorter steps with higher cadence instead. Push off the trailing toes and let your front leg swing forward naturally. Also, identify certain postures you hold the most (sitting and sleeping) that could contribute, especially if they involve twisting of your spine. Last but not least, I had to quit back squats but I used front squats and zercher squats for rehab and they helped a lot, but that's individual.
Someone with Sciatica here.>get a good memory foam bed + body pillow (minus the anime cover)>figure out which side of your body might have a larger/longer leg and get spacers in your shoe for it>FUCKING WALK seriously I do 30-45 minutes a day minimum and keeps me from having pain>invest in a good PC or sitting chairPlanks are good situps are good too.
>>77489969Touch your toes for 10 minutes every night, do open and together legs, do glute stretches and take time off legs and sitting on hard surfaces until in calms downAfter it's gone for about a week you should be able to lift heavy again
>>77489969cobra pose on different angles with your hands and use actual force to press that shit in, also leg stretches
>>77490128AB work and walking help a lot I forgot to mention Literally no one has one leg longer than the other(you just need to keep your hips even), but this could theoretically take pressure off the hot side
>>77490145>Literally no one has one leg longer than the other(you just need to keep your hips even), but this could theoretically take pressure off the hot sideLeft side of my body is slightly larger than the right side, yeah was fun learning that out in college after dealing with headaches+backpain+etc. It's extremely rare but it's just enough to make one of my testicles larger than the right, eye a slight bit bigger, and leg+arm a slight bit longer. It's just enough to fuck with my back if I don't fix my shoes
l4/l5/s1 herniated disc haver here. Yes, I overcame. >GHR and reverse hypers were best for me>Planks, side planks, and McGill crunches >Spam pull-ups>Find a student chiro practice wheere they can work on you for cheap>Get into the bathtub, hot as fuck, often
>>77490397>chiro dont fall for this bullshit
>>77489969Yeah, I just used one of those inversion tables until it stopped hurting.
>>77489969I had it bad for about 7 months, I got by with glute exercises to ease the pain. Eventually noticed it was worse in the morning, tried sleeping without the pillow, felt better, did a bit more testing until I replaced my pillow with the thinnest and softest I found, the problem went away almost completely within 48 hours and hasn't come back in years.
I had a bad case of sciatica a couple of years back. Bad news, it takes time. Took me about 3 months before I could sit down and get up again without walking like I'd been raped. Andrew Huberman did a great video related to lower back pain and sciatica if I'm not mistaken. Some good exercises that strengthen your lower back muscles. And that's the key. You've got to keep the two muscles that run up your lower spine strong. That prevents discs from slipping, which causes sciatica to begin with.I will no doubt be called a faggot by some brainiac dipshit nerd in the comments. I'm just telling you my own experience. What others have said about walking long distances helps a great deal too. Oh, and doing the slavic squats and holding that stance for ages can help stretch your back out too. Best of luck anon. Sciatica fucking sucks.
>>77489969I rolled my outer hips on a pvc foam roller, deadhangs, strengthened hamstrings and planks. For back issues it’s decompressing and fixing imbalances depending on the severity of the injury + time. Think of it like putting it in the right socket and building a foundation around it.
Fucked up my neck and now a nerve is constantly firing from my neck to my shoulder. It's funny, my neck movement is not limited, no muscles are affected, it's simply a fucking nerve giving me random pain signals every minute or so like I'm being shocked. Sometimes it's causing pressure behind my eyes and nausea, too.
