>Cardio is good for losing weight
>>
>>77490414
seems she lost some to be honest
>>
After 8 months she looks...the same
Do these people ever stop to evaluate the situation? Come to the conclusion perhaps they are doing something wrong?
>>
>>77490420
maybe she didn't do it for weight loss but to eat like a fat pig while not gaining anymore. Hedonist maxxing
>>
>>77490414
i mean she looks better. i would guess she's lost 32-48lb (1-1.5lb/week for 32 weeks). what's your problem, opie?
>>
>>77490414
these types of people workout and then "reward" themselves with ice cream or a donut and then complain that exercising doesn't work.
>>
>>77490414
Actually impressive that she didn't lose any weight. I was able to lose 60 pounds in 4 months without moving any more than usual. It's all in the diet.
>>
She got a little thinner and probably improved her endurance. Yeah, she could've lost more and probably isn't altering her diet much, but its a sight better than deathfats posting themselves eating 100 pizza rolls

99% of these people don't do anywhere near enough cardio to out pace a small latte or bag of crisps.

Cardio is good for making your body better able to function, use energy, and ups your NEAT so you'll burn more overall.
Cardio is nice and can help you, but it's not necessary.

You will lose even more excess bodyweight by having daily hour long walks, cutting out all fast, junk, and premade foods. Eating only things that are one step removed from the ground or hunting/fishing.
Fasting for 24 hourse once or twice a week.

Really, the weight loss from cardio and exercise like this ISNT from the activity itself, not really. You will lose excess bodyweight because the activity is increasing your basal metabolism, heloping your body become more functional, making you more aware of what you eat and the amount of movement you are doing, and because of the increased physical fitness you end up burning more energy by being more active overall.

I'm okay with the fantasy of "cardio burns fat". Because it creates a health forward mindset and builds a base of physical fitness, self awareness, and is a healthy hobby. From there they will go one of three ways
Continue on with their hobby and learn more to become better at it
Continue on with their hobby and harm themselves in some way then stop
Get bored and just give up because it's not like the musical montage from lifetime where the big girl drops all of the weight and gets chad/jamal/miguel to fuck her blind and fight over her but goes home with the brad who is really nice to her and loved her back when she had to pay for two seats on an airline.

Fitness is for health and to improve your life.
Lifting just to lift and cardio just to cardio is a hobby and making that the only ONLY means of talking about fitness is why health consciousness is over.

So?
They KNOW that the donut or ice cream or whatever is keeping them fat.
The ones that don't or think exercise is a magic weight begone thing are retarded.

Look, as long as they are exercising and change their lifestyle so they move more and are more aware of food that's a victory. Tha'ts a good start.
They make the DECISION to eat more and not just shovel food into their gullet mindlessly or ot fill an emotional hole. THAT is very VERY important.

People thinking you can go from 200 lbs to 135 lbs in 8 months need to rethink their expectations. The person on the video does look like she lost some weight in a healthy manner.

Dunno what you talk about. If you compare the beginning to the end she definitely lost weight. Her legs got a lot thinner and her arms to, I can also see that she lost some around her waist but not so much.

But: This is 8 months of progress, and afaik, to get slimmer in a healthy way you should try to loose weight slowly, otherwise it will come back pretty fast.

So I really don't know what your problem is.

God that looks so awkward. Would hate doing that type of cardio.

>no movement/scenery, so it's boring as fuck. you're literally just fixed in the same place.

The movement is "cardio" but how about the natural muscle activations and inclines/declines of hills, walking on actual ground? Like every time your foot hits the ground, it's engaging the foot, legs, core, etc. A stationary bike like that seems to be taking away that stimulus.
>>

for fatties you gotta remember that they're putting a huge amount of force on each foot if they run. it would basically guarantee injuries and set them back in the long run.
>>no movement/scenery, so it's boring as fuck. you're literally just fixed in the same place.
there are spin classes, but also i would take an edible and get on a spin bike for base training this past winter and it did a good enough job, imo. muscular strength stayed with regular lifting, and my tendons/ligaments didn't degrade at all.

Now post her high protein, high fat, animal flesh diet.
>>
booba
>>
>>77490543
You don't even have to be fat. I've never been heavier than 70kg but I fuck myself up quite often when running because I was fairly sedentary during my formative years so I'm uncoordinated and my tendons are dogshit.

She made that video all in one day.
Or do you really think she did that for almost a year just to get 500 views from her 20 subscribers?
Fucking retards stop believing everything on the internet

Cardio doesn’t negate thermodynamics
