All you have to pass is a running test and pull-ups, and then when you actually start training they don't just leave you in the dust if you can't run fast enough they make everyone run in a big long line. The Legion is not full of exceptionally fit people, it's full of people with slightly above average cardiovascular fitness who mostly don't give a flying fuck about fitness or soldiering.
