A Right Shoulder Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) was performed with multiplanar sequences in T1, T2, and fat suppression.
Supraspinatus and subscapularis tendinosis: Wear and degeneration (inflammation/overuse) of the supraspinatus and subscapularis tendons.
Long head of the biceps tendon: Preserved (normal).
Labrum: No signs of tears.
Acromioclavicular joint / Distal clavicle: Irregularity of the distal end of the clavicle associated with subchondral bone marrow edema, capsuloligamentous distension, and a discrete amount of intra-articular fluid. These findings are interpreted as mechanical overload, which may correspond to post-traumatic osteolysis or be related to physical activity requiring upper limb elevation, micro-trauma, etc.

I can tolerate ohp and bench pressin cg but it doesn't go away. I'm going to the doctor next week but i was hoping someone might have some magical exercise or drill so i can bench wide grip and without pain
>>
Look up ribcage mobility tests and exercises. Look up how to train your tendons with isometrics and slow eccentrics. Look up rotator cuff muscle disbalnace and how to fix it. Train your rotator cuff religiously.
On top of that, forget about the bench press. It's just an ego lift that is inferior to anything else and way more dangerous than anything else for your chest and triceps.
>>
>>77507369
Will do that, thanks anon! I've been going so deep in the ac/rotator cuff prehab rehab exc rabbit hole that iI'm going insane
>>
>>77507352
I'll guess skill issue
>>
>>77507396
C'mon man.I ain't no rookie. This happened 3years ago after I had neumonia and tried to come back too fast and fucked up ny shoulder. But I ain't no bitch I want to put in the work and come back stronger
>>
>>77507374
It's a slow process. You are lucky. I had an inflamation and a capsulitis because of that. Toom me a year to recover. Took another of training rotator cuff and doing stretches with isometrics to have my shoulders in a way better shape than ever. Now no issues at all.
>>
>>77507354
your shoulders are fucked for life. there is no magic fix and no secret surgery. From now on you have to use technique that 50 year olds use else it gets worse
>>
>>77507566
He still doesn't know we already know how to heal tendons with syretches and isometrics.
Even in the worst case scenarion, bpc 157 will be able to fix it. It's just that if the is an issue with a ribcage or shoulder mobility, or imbalnace of muscles, it will be a reacuring problem. So it has to be a strengthenibg/activating stemcells in tendons and fixing the root cause of the isue. It take months, if not years of a consistent work.
>>
>>77507566
Well I'm gonna try to post again after I see the doc. Probably is gonna have me do some physical therapy bullshit which I don t think is gonna wwork. I dont want to have surgery but I don't see it any other way
>>
>>77507599
If it's less than 50% tear, the surgery isnXt needed. It's a hard to get to place and will make ot worse. Seriously, better just try tb500 and bpc157 over any surgery
>>
>>77507604
No tear. It's seems to be tendinosis and some sort issue with the ac join butni'm bashing my head against the wall I can't fix it. I had had issues with my back knees elbows and I always find a way to sort it out but not this time
>>
>>77507852
So you cant be a hard gainer or big? So what? You can still be in physical top shape by simply lifting less. Just have to switch your goals to something more realistic.

>get told to take Collagen peptides because they actually work
>don't take them
>OMG IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS
why are jeets like this
is it because most collagen is made of bovine?
>>
>>77509094
Bro I don't want no peptides. I just want as I said before put in the work and fix it. No shortcuts. But whatever, I'll find a way
>>
>>77509084
>yeah, It's what I'm doing I'm chasing a 100kg OHP but I want to bench heavy again
>>
>>77509094
Collagen does fuck all. Once your connective tissue is gone its gone, and even eating 10x the LD50 of collagen isn't going to convince your body to actually use it for repair.
>>
>>77509191
Peptides is a code word for a short chain amino acids. It can be anything from simple protein (like collagen peptides), to serious drugs that have a huge influence on your body.
Collagen is just building blocks for yiur body and nothing more. Your works doesn't matter if you don'r have enough building blocks to restore your shoulder. You don't have to go with peptides (in volagen case it's just collagen split into amino acids). You can just drink a bone broth or eat chicken skin. Or eat sardines with skin. Whatever.

Try McGill's Big 3 with a banded joint mobilization. It worked for Olympic silver medalist Mirabai Chanu. After retesting if you're pain free you'll know you're on the right track!
>>
>rotator cuff exercises, unweighted, hundreds of reps
>fasting (lower inflammation, HGH, autophagy)
>vitamin c (essential for tissue repair and formation of collagen, people can absorb tons of it)

>3 years
sweet summer child.
My shoulder has been aching for the last 10 years or more. there's no way of fixing it.
I live with the pain knowing this ends ond some surgery when it's already too late.
>>
The shoulder joint is proof that god is a retard
>>

You can find more details in rebuilding milo
>>
>>77507352
I'm with you my nigga. I broke my humerus and collar bone. Plates in both. Face pulls will help a lot. I recommend looking up a little when you do them too, like you would when benching. Shit still hurts though, just less.
>>
>>77509241
yes, that's why you take it while the connective tissue is still there. vit C plus collagen 40 min before your workout will help repair and strengthen the joints you use in your workout.
>>
>>77512988
kek real
>>
>>77507352
Do facepulls every session, even if it's a pull day or even a leg day. Facepulls is the goat shoulder movement as far as I'm concerned
>>
been doing these overhead landmines while trying to keep my ribcage down and my overheads are much comfier now. also been stretching for internal shoulder rotation too and my shoulders don't immediately fuck off the bench anymore
>>
Ask AI, unironically, it's perfect for this. I won't do it because I don't want to waste my free responses but I wish you well, anon!

Indian clubs & maces work wonders for mobility & pain issues.
>>
>>77507354
Bpc157 bro
Ez
>>
>>77515920
Also because there are no tears and it's essentially just overuse, you should respond really well to bpc
>>
just do some scapular setting and raise your arm up with a clenched fist while singing your national anthem
i guarantee your shoulder will be cured
>>
>>77507352
i had bad shoulder impingement and i started taking glyceine, not only did it go away i sleep like a baby
>>
>>77509241
>Once your connective tissue is gone its gone
Wrong. It can be repaired, restructured and rebuilt with proper excercises
>>
>>77516704
and will you post any of this?
>>
>>77507354
I fixed my shoulder pain with isometrics. Weighted dip and dumbbell pullover, both held at the bottom stretched position for 30 sec 2-3 sets once or twice a week.
I couldn't do any overhead work or even bench press and now I can, it's like I was never injured. You should try it out. Remember to increase load over time aka progressive overload.
>>
>>77513419
They're actually pretty shit. If you do them at an appropriate weight for external rotation then the pull will be too light to stimulate any benefit and if you do pulls with appropriate weight then you wont be able to externally rotate. Do sets of pulls with appropriate weight and then sets of external rotations with appropriate weight
>>
>>77507374
Benching is a fun lift but you can easily replace it
