Retinol and fin makes me look young AF at 38. Im also asian
>>
>>77508602
looks closer to 50 than 40

And unfortunately... er the... retinal—uh a retinal det-detachment started in my left eye my good eye, which I still have today and it was the result of glaucoma... And... a retinal... not detachment but a retinal... er, er I don't know what the hell they call it but, uh, today, uh I am what they call legally because of this retinal problem and er, glaucoma, er I-I'm what they call... erm... Legally blind

Many such cases

I was gonna skin-maxx but then I remembered I'm bald. Most people guess my age correctly and then say it's mostly because I don't have hair.
>>
>>77508602
I've never seen a man this young!

seriously? He legitimately looks like a teenager
>>
>>77508602
I'm 35 but get told the same mid 20s guess a lot of times. I use retinol 3x a week too but i've also smoked cigs and drank heavily for over a decade before I quit both, so i'm pretty sure it's just genetic. No amount of product can counter bad genetics and vice-versa.

>>77508604
That's the joke/meme anon kek

The thing is, polite people will always guess a decade younger regardless if it's true or not. You should never go off what strangers tell you.
>>
>>77508604
The joke is that he's actually 50.
>>
>>77509060

You're not funny.
>>
>>77508602
But seriously, just being in shape makes people estimate your age to be about 25% less than it actually is.

I'm around the 'zilian's age and significantly youth-mog him, in part because I'm on to reading newer anti-aging research like...

Although EZH2 modulation is not standard clinical practice for any specific condition, it is currently a fairly fertile pre-clinical area of anti-aging research:
>Natural modulators of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2): potential epigenetic regulators of aging-associated pathways

Idk what a zeste homolog is, I think you spend too much time online. Wake me up when there's promising peer reviewed clinical data for me to check out though

Polycomb group proteins, specifically histone methyltransferase enzymes, that function as epigenetic regulators. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histone_methyltransferase#Types
>I think you spend too much time online. Wake me up when there's promising peer reviewed clinical data for me to check out though
I think you don't spend enough time reading the latest obscure preprints on reverse-engineering the aging process, because EGR1 has recently dropped as another putative highly related target protein...

Bar tender at Texas Roadhouse one day told me I look just like Timothy Chalamet.
A good many months later I went back to that same Texas Roadhouse and he was the bar tender again but didn’t say anything about it.
Went to hobby lobby immediately afterwards and some random guy at the checkout walked up to me and said I looked just like Timothy Chalamet.
Weird coincidence considering I’ve only ever heard it those 2 times. However, Timothy Chalamet is the number 1 “famous person” that ai says I look like.

>>
>>77509840
One of these boards? Fuck no. /soc/ is fine since they have dedicated threads for stuff like this and I've tried it out there myself. According to some posters on there I'm a 7/10 and look about 8 years younger than I am, so that's good enough for me.

From a skin perspective, rubbing on a deranged China decoction of some combination of natural STAT3 inhibitors, such as in picrel, is gonna be the cheapest option that likely avoids the issues with pharmaceutical JAK inhibitors increasing cancer risk.

>Quick rundown?
From the abstract of the first paper:
>identify novel genes that, when overexpressed or repressed, reprogram the global gene expression of a cell back to a younger state.
>Late passage cells either overexpressing EZH2 or E2F3 or repressing STAT3 or ZFX had more cell division, less senescence, improved proteostasis, and enhanced mitochondrial function. These TF perturbations led to similar downstream gene expression programs.
the tl;dr is certain target proteins well beyond the famous Yarmulke factors can also do types of epigenetic "reprogramming" without stemness induction
