What are the best work outs for core strength?
>>77509008lift heavy and walk all day
>>77509008Hanging leg raise
>>77509008Heavy loaded carries. Throwing heavy things especially over your shoulder
>>77509008Core strength is a bit of a meme. Being able to do more situps to get an A in gym class or for ROTC or the police academy or something requires you to practice situps/crunches. Do multiple high volume sets of the movement, stopping shropt of failure. Work in some weighted sets of the movement on other days.If you need core strength for some other reason, whats the reason? If you just want visible abs, I recommend chinups/pullups and standing overhead presses while making sure you get lean.
>>77509182I appreciate different modes but you just look DYEL bro
hold a plate away from your body with straight arms and force your abs to keep you upright. move your arms up and down.
>>77509008Doing farmer's carries with uneven weight in each hand. Like left hand holding 50lb and the other holding 25lb, your core has to work overtime to keep you straight.Biking is good core work too, especially if you do a lot of fast turns.
>>77509182thislift a sandbag onto your shoulder and start walking

>>77510552I seriously hate this dyel
>>77510589
burpees
>>77509008heavy ass compounds especially deadlifts squats and OHP. But the undisputed king IMO is either Zercher squat or front squatI also do ab wheels pallof presses and cable twists.Granted they won't give you that six pack look but by god my core is strong as fuck and as hard as an oaken shield
>>77510595>>>77510589mind explaining why are you so upset bitch bot that u delete my posts? >>77510552>>>77510506
>>77509008You probably know a ton of abs, but you need to do side bends, weighted/cable twists and direct lower back training
My gym only has 120lb dumbells, I would hold one in each hand for shrugs, I needed more weight so I moved to a barbell and shrug one side at a time, and that blew up my core having to support the weight only on one side.
>>77513933>weighted/cable twistshttps://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=+weighted%2Fcable+twistsnope, just lean one elbow lower doing pictured >>77513918, turn to the side maybe, step aside maybe and go straight - i will try all of em :D the belt is already starting to poke through though been doing em through arm and i didn't like the tension, like pulling forward through shoulder - picture from this post nope, that's not all obliques either, it's lats and psoas but most importantly adductors which i want to avoid hypertrophying cause i like the look of my legs and function of my legs from upright paced walking sessionsand this is gonna be NOICE addition >>77512613>>>77512235 (You)i fixed the facepull bot :D it's now called FACEPUSH: u go with fists by the ears and push behind you - how do u like that bitch bot? is it any good ? i think it is, i think it's gonna be gamEchanger, i think this motion is gonna finally fix my scapular alignment for good, cause this is the serratus combine harvester literally yanking scapula out and around ribcage by the lower angle of it :D and the story repeats itself - do exactly the opposite of what social media whores tell you to do:they say do not cable crunch like this - do exactly the opposite - picture >>77513918they say face-pulls for health and function of shoulder - do exactly the opposite: elbows close and bunch back it truly is global conspiracy to fuck unsuspecting fitzen over
>>77509008Changing the flex discs on a Mercedes 190E using jacks and axel stands.
