Cook rice in chicken stock.
Marinade chicken and oven roast/pan fry.
Roast some seasoned vegetables.
Make a low kcal sauce (or just use the chicken juices in the pan/baking sheet) with low fat greek yoghurt + garlic, lemon, herbs.
Add some chili sauce or chili crisp or whatever.
It's literally that simple. There are billions of variations.
Do the same with fish.
Vary the carbs, so you get potatoes, lentils etc. as well. Just make sure to season and cook them properly and you'll never have a shit meal in your life

I love this one
>Slice red bell pepper
>Slice onion
>Slice carrots on julienne
>Small dice two garlic
>Dice chicken or beef
>Cook
>Dice a few potatoes
>Add to the pot
That's it. Highly satiating.

Pick a lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef, pork loin)
add a veggie (peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, snap peas, asparagus, cauliflower)
season to taste

A giant salad with a ton of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and whatever fibrous non-starchy vegetables you like. Add chicken breast and dress with low calorie salad dressing.

I'm completely autistic and boring when it comes to food, but a whole pork tenderloin and a couple of red peppers and red onions drizzled with olive oil and prepared in the air fryer is a good meal for me that fits your description. Low calories, high protein. Bonus: Looks like one of those things from the Alien movies.

It's bulking season so I added 3 frozen pizzas per day to my diet

unironically this. most amount of weight i lost was eating boiled potatoes, cabbage and carrot all together with whole grain mustard

dip raw carrot slices into plain greek yogurt. add hot sauce if you want (as long as it doesn't have anything like sodium benzoate or xantham gum etc in it)

Another one is a fish sandwich. Two slices of whole wheat bread with as little artifical stuff/corn syrup/preservatives as possible, canned herring fillets packed in water, not oil, water, kipper style. Mustard for a condiment, and if you want to go all out add a slice of raw white onion.

Another is a block of raw tofu, extra firm. I believe an entire block is only about 700 calories but try to eat more than half of it in one sitting. It's insanely filling for how low calorie it is. I sometimes mix it with mayo if I want to be fat, but you can mix it with greek yogurt, mash it up a little, add seasonings, and it tastes and has a very similar texture and look to egg salad.

Stir fry vegetables in coconut oil, no noodles or rice, maybe some beef. The end product should be 9 parts high-fiber vegetables and 1 part meat.

Wrong
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1252113/

Since I know you're not actually going to read it or you're just going to read the abstract or headline, they observed people who got most of their protein from exclusively potatoes and they were fine.

you'd have to eat 5 kilos of potatoes to even break 100 grams of protein
>>

Brown rice, pinto beans I dunno if fat free cheddar cheese fits with your natural foods, then lean ground beef or turkey, add Shredded Lettuce on top for a two bowl.
1lb meat, 1 can or equivalent beans, .5 cups dry rice and about .5 cups of that cheese is something like 110g protein, and like 800 calories iirc, I don't have the numbers right in front of me. I'm a big guy and it's at least 2 meals.

Or even a pound of air-fried potatoes. Literal king of satiety.

You just suck at cooking like all Americans.

>N-not American
>whole pork tenderloin and a couple of red peppers and red onions drizzled with olive oil and prepared in the air fryer
No one else in the world eats bland "food" like that.

>season some chicken breasts the night before
>throw some oak in your smoker
>put the chicken I the smoker and a couple sweet potatoes
>put some garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper (with a splash of lemon juice if you're bold) on some broccoli
>add the broccoli to the smoker about 30 minutes before your chicken is done
>eat it all
It's awesome, satiating, chicken stays juicy, and fairly low calorie for the protein and fiber. It's super easy too! Get a smoker!

Bro, I'm not American. Look at my fucking plate, would any American have a plate like that? That's an OG Balkan plate from the 80s.
As for my food: I love food and I'm an overindulger. To mitigate that problem, I try to keep food simple, natural, nutritious and hassle-free. I don't need any fancy culinary adventures that will lead me to over-eating. A whole pork tenderloin in will provide me with about 120gr of high-quality protein with less than 20gr of fat for a total of under 700 calories (including a bit of olive oil, garlic and paprika powder, salt and pepper). The red peppers and the onions will provide me with some fiber, vitamins etc. but their main job is to fill me up, that whole plate is under a thousand calories and it fills me up like you wouldn't believe. The meal is reasonably tasty, but the thought of eating it won't keep me up at night. I try to divorce food for the pleasure aspect, that's how I over-eat. It's not too bad, really. I make it sound worse than it is. I don't need a big fat greasy pizza to satisfy my cravings. That's only good for as long as you eat it, afterwards you feel like shit and it fattens you up, it's a bad deal. Once you stop eating stuff like that, your food enjoyment baseline changes and you are able to enjoy normal food. It's a bit like stopping to drink alcohol. Everything sucks and is less enjoyable at the beginning, but after a couple of months you realize that your body works much better without the constant poisoning and your brain learns to find life enjoyable without artificial help. Sorry for my blog pist, that's just how I see things now.

Beans
>arrange dry beans on baking sheet and throw out shriveled dud beans
>add beans to colander and rinse the dust off or not idgaf
>add beans to pot and add water until its at least an inch above the beans then add salt to the water, about a half tablespoon depending on how much you're making
>soak the beans overnight or about 8-24 hrs, add more water if necessary.
>drain water and replace, adding the same amount of salt as before as well as aromatics if you prefer(herbs, crushed garlic, whatever)
>simmer the beans for about an hour, more or less depending on how long they soaked.
That's it, enjoy your beans. Different varieties cook take a little longer, this recipe was written with black beans in mind

I don't have trouble putting on muscle mass at all, I have no questions about that. This board should be about losing weight 5050 to gaining muscle.

If you actually knew anything you would have called him out on that being a "whole pork loin." I smoked an actual pork loin last week that was well over 10 lbs. Anons plate of roasted food looks fine. Do think americans don't have red onions and peppers?

Veggies. More veggies. Leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables keep me fullest. I like cabbage, leaks, broccoli, cauliflower and salad leaves. I'm also lentil-pilled.
>>
>>77510930
vegetarian bean chili, you can add a bit of sausage or something for flavour. beans will keep you full and have lots of protein and fiber, youll have to deal with the farts though
