That’s cool. Yoga is first thing I found that fixed my issues so I’m staying with it. What issues did Qigong help you with?
>>
could you, uh, recommend some, uh, videos? uh

There’s tons specialized for whatever area you want to focus on. There’s one back video I used to do so much because it would immediately cure back pain for me for the rest of the day. I did it so much I memorized the routine and I repeat it now once per week but I was doing that routine every day. It’s been so long I would have to find it again, since I just did it by memory.

I don't think you, uh... nevermind

Yoga instructirs are one of the most risky professions for a back pain. It doesn't fix back pain at all. You will be lucky if you won't get it duribg your yoga classes.

Yoga With Adriene is great and probably the best yoga channel on youtube. I think most anons would be served starting with her medium-hard difficulty stuff especially if you already lift since you already know how to put effort into physical activity.
t. actual yogafag

I literally fixed my back pain. I repeatedly would do a 25 minute routine and back pain would be immediately gone for the rest of the day. And over time I quit having back pain at all. It’s not even debatable it fixed my issue.

Mostly back issues, it was deeper and more immediate for me than when I tried yoga. Just hit the particular spot in my upper back I needed more consistently I guess. Was also pretty convenient that it was done standing to be able to do a couple reps and get relief whenever, wherever.
>>
How to start with that shit?

On Adrienne’s channel there’s plenty of playlists and 30 day courses under the “courses” tab. Just pick something that sounds applicable for you.
