>for over 15 years there was a general on /fit/ where people congratulated one another for getting fat>this general thoroughly warped the board; pushing powerlifting routines as the only way to gain muscle, dirty bulking, prioritizing leg training when most people just wanted bigger arms and abs, etc.
Gosh sounds like you have it all figured out. Post body?
Did the /plg/ creator die like all roidtrannies do?
>>77511165kek
>>77511191i think people just realized theyd rather look good than like a giant toddler
>>77511558It also takes a lot of time and effort to look like shit when you could not spend hours at the gym every week and still look effectively the same
Twinks still mad about plg?
>>77511788>mad*laughing at
>>77511165It was a different time
>>77511558>>77511165>>77512415Are you trying to horshoe back around to the era of chicken-legs, because that's a fate far worse than the starting strength build, like a bad nose-job everyone could tell you were a delusionally vain person
>>77512486>there are only two extremes: 26+" powerlifter thighs or sub 20" untrained legsBTW the starting strength build (chubby/fat with huge thighs, small calves, small arms/torso) is way worse than any "XD HE SKIPPED LE LEG DAY!1!!" physiques
>>77512576I just do leg machines and calisthenics. Keeps my legs at that nice, proportionate medium
>>77512576>BTW the starting strength build (chubby/fat with huge thighs, small calves, small arms/torso) is way worse than any "XD HE SKIPPED LE LEG DAY!1!!" physiquesNUH UH it isn't, because the skipped leg day physique is as superficial as synthol, muscles only look good for the primal brain circuits they activate, and if you have show muscles only, people can tell. This doesn't mean squats-only physiques are amazing compared to something well-rounded, but definitely better than the twig legs. And yes there are only two extremes, because most people are pussies and won't do legs unless gaslit into it.
