Pretty basic question but I need to know, how long do you typically exercise in a given day? Is 40 minutes to an hour enough?
>>
90 min
do you get all your stuff done? yes? then it's enough

90? Shit I start feeling off if I go over an hour. Unless you load up on calories beforehand I guess.
>>
Anywhere between 1 hour and 2.5 hours. I do an hour run in the morning and then my longer afternoon lifting sessions get up to 1.5 hours. But only lift monday, wednesday, friday. Running is everyday except monday. Long run sunday.

To answer your question though, 40min to an hour is enough.

empty stomach

30 minutes is normies, 60 minutes is for models, 120 minutes is for athletes.

Does that answer your question?
>>
Depends on your goals. 40-60 minutes is fine if your goal is hypertrophy.
