If you do the lycopene you get a glow a carotenoid glow and you're beautiful then, plus it's good antioxidant for muscles.

After the bunny in a bushel of tomatos this morning, I got to thinking about lycopene. And it's a literal miracle you get a glow about you, and everyone thinks you're so beautiful, like you just got back from vacation.

What you do is, you take two tablespoons of tomato paste every three days for the rest of your life

I thought about tomato concentrate maxing as well. I used it instead of butter on my sandwich sometimes. You should consider taking it with a healthy fat like olive oil, this will significantly boost the absorption.
>>
>>77514714
Nice yeah I just read That after posting this.
This is literally a life hack I'm gonna be so beautiful now
>>

>>77514705
You have to make your own tomato paste the stuff from the cans is full of toxins that will turn you fat stupid and gay
>>
>>77514720
Something like picrel would be my approach, good quality tripple concentrated stuff. One tablespoon with a little bit of olive oil oil mixed in (ideally together with a decent meal) should do the trick. The concentration in tomatoes is too low. This stuff is cooked (which already boosts absorption) and highly concentrated, about x30 compared to the same amount of tomatoes in weight plus superior bioavailability.
Business idea: Mix that shit with a little bit of high polyphenol olive oil (it won't have to be much) re-label it by aggressively pointing out the skin and the performance benefits, x10 the price and go to town.
>>
>>77514725
No it's not you idiot also u know how many tomatoes you would need for that?? Plus you gotta cook them all, the lycopene is only available when heated
You can keep talking shit on 4chan, meanwhile I'm gonna be literally glowing like I just got back from vacation, everyone will think I'm so healthy and vital and I will be

>>77514728
Enjoy turning fat gay and retarded, the premade stuff is super acidic and is leeching toxins from the metal AND plastic lining the can/tube
>>
>>77514738
Lmfao someone clearly doesn't want the healthy carotenoid glow. Unreal. Some people just can't be helped
>>77514728
Legit idea I wish I knew how to put together a supplement supply chain
>>
>>77514738
BPA free lining. I also don't stress too much about it because we get into contact with loads of worse shit. This doesn't evwn show up on my radar. Go live in the jungle of South America, you moron.
>>
there are already supplements that exist for this and they have other caratonoids/skin colouring compounds in them like astaxanthin

and you dont need to eat two tablespoons of tomato paste
>>
>>77514753
The jews moved from BPA to even more toxic shit
>>77514743
You'll glow real nice when all that plastic and metal wrecks your hormones and kidneys
>>
>>77514743
You mix it with sardine paste (current health trend and the reason why my Sardines are more expensive than usual) and market it to both gym bros and hoes.
Lycoskin Protect, Mediterranean Formula or some shit like that for the hoes. The gym bro paste sells itself, I could think of haf a dozen good names. You could also put in even more shit for them.
>>
>>77514759
Zero chance you get the same effect from those supplements and even if you did you would be paying about 5 to ten times as much. It's literally two bucks at the store for 200g
>>
>>77514760
I know they just exchanged BPA for something similarly toxic. My hope was that you didn't know that and I could shut you up because you're annoying, apparently not. There are really less toxic alternatives though, just fyi.
>>
>>77514705
Go ahead. Slog down cans of this nauseating zogsludge. Tell us how drastically it improved your quality life after years of choking down this diarrhea catalyst.

BPA is just one plasticizer among many used in different epoxy formulations, but primarily is used (yes, still used - just not in food as much anymore) in polycarbonate. As in, old school nalgene bottles. Many things that proudly proclaim "BPA Free!" never had any BPA to begin with. Same shit happened with fruit snacks and jello cups advertising the'te "a fat-free food" or things that never had sugar proudly slapping "ZERO added sugar" on them.
There's other plasticizers that aren't great and anything stored in plastic will have said chemicals leach over time. Which ones and in what concentration depends heavily on what is actually stored, whether it's sensitive to acids, fats, salt, etc.

>>
is there tomato paste that doesnt come in a tube or can? i am very sensitive to BPA derivates and cant climax for two weeks when eat canfood
>>
>>77514911
Even if you get something in a glass jar, the lid will have liners that you could react to. That shouldn't be a huge problem though because the tomato concentrate is thick and it likely won't even come into contact with the lid (or at least the contact should be minimal). You could get something in Tetrapaks, there's no BPA problem, but there's still a plastic liner (polyethylene, less problematic, but it's still plastic).

Make friends with a tomato farmer and go to his farm to buy homemade tomato paste cooked only in metal that has never touched anything plastic

Just do GOKAD. Gallon of ketchup a day. You are probably american, this shouldnt be hard for you to do.

ITT: causing unnecessary liver stress converting mass amounts of carotenoids, so much so that it shows up in your skin (which even if it did consistently, wouldn't look good). go get some fucking sun, 8 hours sleep and eat like a normal person.

We dont have UV indexes high enough for tanning most of the year. Of course its different there in India, so I understand your point.

It's gonna be ridiculous. All the women will want to touch my healthy skin
>>
i already eat tomatoes daily. idk why you want them in paste form.
>>
>>77515832
To get more lycopene, that's the entire point. It's essentially (safe) superdosing. I hope you also heat your tomatos, otherwise you're not getting all the lycopene you're leaving gains on the table

The factory method imparts heavy metals BUT everything made in a factory does that, the only thing with this is the acidity, isn't that bad?
>>77514872
BPA free plastics like Acetal and Polypropylene are BPA free and have been used in the medical industry for decades. I think other things that were made from Polycarb are now switching to PP.

NGMI. Astaxanthin is a PED with mouse life extension data yet no natural foods with supplement-level dosages in a serving.

Nothing you just said is relevant or a coherent response to my comment in the context of the post chain
>>
>>77516158
Unless you don't count Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae as a supplement, you need to eat a little under a kilo of salmon to get as much astaxanthin as a couple supplement capsules, and you likely don't have the (((bargaining skills))) to get $2/kilo salmon.

ive been eating two big carrots a day for the last 1 1/2 month and nothing has happened yet.... is tomato paste better? I need to gloooow
>>
I've been doing this occasionally,
lycopene and astaxanthin supplements help prevent sun damage to your skin, and tomatoe paste is high in potassium which is hard to get enough of

as >>77515259 said watered down tomatoe paste is basically cheaper V8's
tomato sauce usually has added sugars and fatty oils so dont go that route.

>>77516220 its a different carotenoid, there's like 1000 of them, that act similarly,
lycopene is redder i hear but you need to megadose to actually look tan, its more to not look sickly pale.
also brocholli mogs carrots

It's voila, tomatard.

>>77516220
You can just buy a juicer and drink the juice of like a pound of carrots every day while skipping the worthless fiber.
>>
>>77516400
Yeah, or you could not be vitriolic and scared of a natural constituent of a vegetable and just eat it like a normal person.
>>
>>77516400
>>77516284
Im gonna start buying tomatoes and yams or sweet potatoes and eating them with my carrots. I never go into the sun and stress kind of fucked my face up, but i still want to glow for my own satisfaction
>>
>>77516284
But fatty oil like olive oil makes lycopene more absorbable.

>I think other things that were made from Polycarb are now switching to PP
They mostly use Tritan now, which has similar problems. The issue isn't (for most things) the plastics themselves, but that plasticizers and other additives to help give plastics their properties gradually migrate out over time. BPA is not uniquely an issue in this regard, it's 1 chemical among many.
